Don't Order ONLINE ... Terrible experience. We ordered weights with different plates, different dumbbells and a bit of equipment. They quickly took payment with no problem. Then they began to send separate emails on each individual item. "Your 40lb dumbbell is on the way" .. "Your other 40lb dumbbell is on the way", etc. Unfortunately they only had 1 of about half the dumbbells so they began to credit back $50.62 and mail us only 1 40lb dumbbell. This happened over and over and over again. The same thing happened with the weight plates we bought. When it came to the equipment we paid them to have assembled, I kid you not they have sent nearly 40 separate emails and text messages regarding this. We waited for delivery on the day it was due, and they email that they have rescheduled for 10 days from now. When I called to try and just cancel they said, it turns out the person is on the way ... Just terrible all the way around. When I went to Dicks to return some items even the staff there said, "Oh man our online service is bad - don't use that."

I shopped there today. They have a large selection of women's clothing and accessories. All the socks are buy one pair and get one free. I bought 2 pairs of cozy socks and I just love them.❤️❤️ Handicap parking and entranceFriendly staff.

Lisette the manager racially profile customers and calls the police if you’re a person with black or brown skin and be in store shopping too long. She’s calls police and accuse customer of stealing. Police found out nothing was stolen. She needs to lose her job. That’s a lawsuit! You falsely accuse a customer of stealing and it was proven that no such thing took place! I can’t imagine the embarrassment that lady was experiencing.

wish I could give this store no stars at all how I was treated it doesn't even deserve one star! Please do not shop at Dick's Sporting Goods on Woodruff Road in Greenville, SC. I was in this store this evening and was racially profiled by Mangers Lissette and Brandon. I am an African American woman who was in there shopping. I had multiple items in my cart that I planned on purchasing. Lissette asked me multiple times did I need any help with anything which at the time I thought she was being helpful. I even asked her for sizes in certain clothes that weren't on the floor. She informed me that everything that they had was out on the floor. I was on my way to the cash register and noticed I left my wallet in my car. I pushed my cart up front by the cash register and left it to go outside to get my wallet out the car. When I go outside a police officer stopped me and asked me to go back in the store. I'm confused at this point on what's going on. I step back in the store he asked me did I steal anything he said Lissette and Brandon called and made a report saying I was stealing. I had nothing in my hands not a bag or anything. I told him I was headed to my car to get my wallet. Lissette comes up to me and the officer and tells the officer I pushed the cart to the register. I said I know I planned on coming back in to buy it why would you call the police on me and say I'm stealing? She told me I was in the store to long and Brandon comes up next to her and said because we thought you were. I didn't know African American customers were on a time limit to make purchases. And then Brandon proceeded to ask me to purchase the items after they called the police on me for just shopping. The officer told me that they called and said I came in the store with a group of people which is a lie I came in the store by myself. I literally just got off work and came to the store to shop. Then when I asked for there names and contact information for Corporate they told me to leave out the store or they will have me trespassed from that location. I said you called the police on me lying saying I was with a group of people stealing now you want to call them back and have me trespassed from this store! This location isn't safe for African American people to shop the management team will lie on you and make false accusation against you for theft and call the police on you. Before this incident I loved shopping at DICK'S Sporting Goods this is incident was nothing but pure racism from Lissette and she told me nothing would get done to her. Do not shop at this location‼If this is the type of people that DICK'S Sporting Goods puts in management positions to run there stores do not shop with this company.#Cancel this store

Do NOT make the mistake of asking a question about a product thru their website. You get no answers but instead are sent emails about products. I have blocked and reported as spam but they continue. Just 'bubble chatted' to be removed from their list and got a question about a scorecard! Does anyone listen or pay attention nowadays?

I had a issue with lady leaving security tag on my son's track shoes which he ended up having to wear with tag until I was able the next day to return to store. I received an email from manager named Randy C and he said he would mail me a 50.00 gift card that I NEVER got and now he will not respond to any of my emails. I think this I bad business practices.
