called and then dropped in the same day with an altered right rear bumper on my pickup. it changed the way the tailgate sounded and operated.with in the hour they had the challenge handled.can't say enough about Chase and Ryan for the expert work and knowing it would be out of pocket took care of an ol' Marine when we wrapped up business.First Class.Veteran owned.thx gentlemenKip C

My 17 year old son had a fender bender. My wife found a cheap repair option on Facebook and the results were worse than the damage. I brought the car by and was given a complimentary price for the job. The car is better than before the accident!!!

I had my bumper repaired. Christy is probably the best customer service person I have ever met, no one can say she doesn't work hard. Chase went above and beyond. I can't even begin to praise Ryan for his hard work ethic and good heart nearly enough. No matter what they will stand behind their work and make it right. I totally would recommend you use them if you have the need for this service. The best in the area!

This company was fantastic! My wife ran over a rubber tie down, it got stuck in the tire and swung up many times and scratched the front right panel of the car. We pulled into the shop without an appointment, they came and looked at it, removed the black rubber marks, buffed out the scratches, applied a clear coat and didn’t charge us a dime! They were done in 15 minutes! Love working with people whose mission is to care for their customers and not take advantage of folks! Thank you!!

Greenville Team was Amazing!! My first official accident at 46 yrs old., a teenager hit my car by accident and took out my left rear bumper, while I was parked!!!!.I ended up looking around for a local repair and remembered see this shop on my way home. Upon arrival, I was immediately addressed with respect and common courtesy. I was assured that my vehicle would be taken care of and I would be taken care of. I highly recommend Details and Dents to anyone looking for body repair or painting done to their vehicle. I am extremely busy and the owner made the process to repair my car so easy and fast for me. As a female, I worry about hiring someone I can trust to repair my car. Details and Dents was recommended to me by a close friend and so grateful I decided to use them. The owner was extremely friendly and helped me understand my cars problems and everything needed to repair it back to new. I called around and Details and Dents beat all the competitors repair prices and once they received my parts ( less than 2 weeks) they were able to repair my car in one day! The entire back of my car was replaced and painted in 1 day! I usually don’t leave reviews but I absolutely had to make time to leave a review for Details and Dents. Excellent service!! I definitely recommend 100% My 4Runner was side swiped in a parking lot, and I found Details and Dents and I was immediately given an estimate and my vehicle was fixed in 4 days. The professionalism and prompt and courteous service was fantastic, my 4Runner was returned as good as new! I highly recommend!

Absolutely amazing work on my Tesla!$1500 CHEAPER, much closer than any Tesla certified shop on Tesla’s site, and they fixed the small ding and scratches in my trunk lid in just four days.I hope I don’t need their services again, but if I do, they will be my first stop.
