I have purchased over $1,500.00 in tires with in the last two years from Cycle Gear. Last week I purchased two Michelin Pilot 6 tires. I brought my first tire (rear) over to be mounted, good job and no problem. I brought my second tire (front) over to be mounted but no one working the entire day that could mount a tire. I had to leave the tire and come back to pick it up the next day. Causing me to have to mount it in the rain. Might want to work on better scheduling in the future for your returning customers…

Recently brought tires in to have them fitted. The staff was helpful and friendly. I anticipated a 24hr turnaround time which is perfectly fine but the tech has it done in 2 hrs ready for pickup.

Came in at 5:15 pm needing a new back tire and the staff was polite and helpful and I walked out at 6:pm with a new tire mounted and balanced. Always a good experience there.

They mount and balance tires for a reasonable price and do a great job. The staff are knowledgeable. Great store. Make sure you check them out before you head to the dealers and shops.

Awesome place to get your gear. I bought my 13 year old daughter her 1st riding jacket from here on yesterday. She will NEVER forget that day thanks to the staff that helped her pick the one she wanted. Thank you.

The salesman was friendly and knowledgeable. He did not push any particular brand of helmet. He even installed the com system. The store has a good selection of helmets and apparel.
