JUST DON'T... Shockingly terrible! It literally takes all day to get prescriptions filled. I keep using this pharmacy due to "convenience," but it would actually save me more time to drive an hour away to pick up my meds. Never again! ?

Just save yourself the trouble and don’t use this pharmacy. I am sure the staff try their best and I was very patient with this pharmacy for months, but the straw broke the camel’s back and I just had to switch pharmacies. I had given them my insurance information several visits in a row, and all of a sudden they said it was no longer valid, when nothing had changed on my end whatsoever. They gave me a hard time with this and asked me to come inside (I was at the drive thru so this was an inconvenience, but I tried to be understanding). I was the first person in line at the pharmacy inside and was kept waiting for an entire hour while the pharm tech held on to my insurance card. She told me my prescription would be “right out” once the manager assisted her with my insurance. I watched at least a dozen other people walk in and out while I was waiting. A whole hour!!!! This was the last experience I was able to tolerate. I had consistent problems 9/10 times I came to this pharmacy. Switched to Walgreens 2 blocks away and have not had a single issue with insurance, wait times, or inconvenience. Just don’t even bother.

This review and rating is for photo service. Fast and efficient when trying to get a last minute bday gift. Nice picture canvas and same day pick up. As for the rest of the store, Im not sure. But for the picture service it was great.

Yeahh I'm switching my children's pharmacy to Walgreens, CVS pharmacy have rude azz customer service always losing something then make things difficult because it's always new people not knowing wth they are doing ughh -5 star

Absolutely the worst pharmacy. A couple of techs are extremely rude with no customer service abilities whatsoever and there is one pharmacist who definitely needs customer service training. She is belittling, talks down to seniors as if they have a 3rd grade education, is nasty when a customer asks questions about a medication, in particular about dosing. Why ask "do you have any questions for the pharmacist?" if the pharmacist is going to belittle you? I get it; I know what the pharmacists and techs are going through right now with CVS. But please be gentler with the public or change your career. The front folks are nice but the pharmacy employees for the most part are horrible.

Great store and customer service! Employees are always friendly and helpful. They do need a bigger parking lot, or something. It is hard to get in and out of!

Absolutely pathetic. It's obvious that management doesn't exist or care. Their automated system tells you a prescription will be ready by a certain time. You show up, and they say it's not ready and then expect you to come back later. Is my time not valuable. Then forget trying to the Minute Clinic. They say they open at 8:30am, but it's really whenever the employee feels like serving people. Could be 8:45am, etc. Rude and incompetent staff. Hope my review saves someone their time and sanity. Go somewhere else; anywhere else.
