I shop at this CVS 3-4 times a week because I work very close. I hate they always have the bathrooms out of order because of the downtown traffic but it’s extremely unfair to people like me who actually shop and I am a women who mostly goes to feminine products and freshening up products since I work long hours. I would rather them say no public restroom than lie and say out of order

Derek Griffin has the most amazing customer serviceskills. All while helping me with a tech glitch he thankseveryone that walks in and out of the store. He makes every person feel special like they are the only ones in the room all while multitasking!?He clearly has leadership skills that every employee can learn from.

Continue to get my prescription wrong even after multiple attempts on my part to fix it. Unhelpful and dismissive behavior. This is a common needed blood pressure medication, not something unusual. Shocked at the disinterest in getting the prescription correct. There is no way to speak with a person on the phone most of the times I have tried to call to fix this. Update - did finally get a response; however the issue was not fixed. Switched to a local pharmacy after more than a decade with CVS. Hopeful for better.

Good location and great spot to grab stuff you may have forgotten at home. They also have a good selection of Greenville, SC merchandise if you don't feel like paying the Mast General Store prices. On my recent trip I was looking for cough drops and asked the pharmacist where they were. She had a bit of an attitude but I get it especially with people filling up their meds, complaining about prices they can't control, and everything else. Overall a quick stop to get any essentials. Use the self checkout to avoid any further human interaction.

A downtown corner store, open not 24 hours but reasonably late, which has a good general pharmacy selection as well as some local memorabilia and outdoor supplies. I found what I needed with reasonable ease, and it was a quick checkout and on to the next thing.

This review speaks directly to the CVS pharmacy and pharmacists at this location. I just moved to the area and I can’t emphasize enough how terrible this pharmacy is. They got my prescription wrong TWICE and when I really needed it. It’s really frustrating when they have one job and can’t get it done right - especially when it comes to someone’s medications. No apologies from the pharmacist or pharmacy workers just attitude and then silence. They offered no help. True incompetence.
