Corporate should be ashamed of themselves. Understaffing, trying to push people to automated systems that don’t get the job done. Making me call all over to get medicines from other CVS. I try to avoid CVS as much as possible.

Shorted me on my RX, which is extremely sketchy. This location has been nothing but problems lately. Saying something will be ready at a certain time and then it isn't. Not letting you know when something is on backorder. Different people giving conflicting information. I will be transferring to another location and if they are as bad as this one, I will be leaving CVS altogether. Get it together, guys.

This used to be my go to store for everything. Over the past 11 years, the service (other than in the pharmacy) has rapidly declined. I stopped in last night to pick up a couple of items, and had planned to use the self check out. I saw someone behind the register, and thought I'd make my life easier - WRONG!!! I tried to make a joke with Amy about hoping the Halloween candy would be half price. Don't make attempts at humor at the checkout, friends. You will receive rude and unprofessional comments and details about how your not using the self-checkout is making their life more difficult.As a Customer Service/Major Retail Store Manager, this person needs to be working overnight stocking shelves where they have NO interaction with customers. Fortunately, I'm close to the other CVS on Pelham as well as the Walgreens and never have to step foot in that store again! NOTE: This is why my prescriptions have been filled at Publix for the past 4 years.

I used the CVS app on my phone to order photos for pick up. I submitted my order around 8pm on 8/24/23. I view minutes later I got an email saying they will email me again to confirm that they were ready for pick up. I received an email about two hours later saying they will be available for pick up by 9:05AM on 8/25/23. I went there this morning to pick up my photos I tell them my last name and they looked for them and saying they don’t have them. They looked in the computer and told me they never received the order. This happened at the 1509 Roper Mountain RdGreenville, SC 29615 location. They seem to not care and just told me to reorder them. No empathy at all. They didn’t want to help. So I ordered with Walgreens and they had my order ready in less than 20 minutes. Not ordering photos from CVS anymore.

Refused to give me a Covid vaccine even though they are free!! I’ve always gotten vaccinated at CVS even with my type of health insurance and have never had this issue before. Will not be back at this location!!
