Sicker when I came our than when I went in. Nurse Practitioner appeared ticked that she had to be there and they overbilled my Credit Card. Other than that, it was a great visit.

Convenient, standard CVS (ExtraCare discounts, self-checkouts). Convenient if you're on Pelham Road or traveling down I-85.

I went here for my first COVID vaccination and they really had their act together. A convenient check-in table was staffed right by the front door so they could check credentials. Then a "concierge" took me back to the waiting area. Things moved quickly and I was vaccinated with 10 minutes of arrival. Then they took me to a recovery area for 15 minutes to make sure I had no adverse reactions. Very well done.

The pharmacy part of the store: seemed like they did not want to help me. One girl in particular had slight attitude and none of them seemed like they wanted to be there. Almost felt like I was inconveniencing them by picking up a prescription. Very bad customer service. The manager at the front of the store was friendly, however. But each time I go to this pharmacy seemed unfriendly, like they didn't want to help, distant, and like they did not want to be there. CVS on Roper Mtn Rd much more pleasant so will stick with them.

This review is strictly for the MinuteClinic experience I had today: I just had a HORRIBLE visit with this NP at a CVS Minute Clinic in Greer, SC. NP C. Henderson was not friendly at all, basically asking "What's wrong" before I even invited myself to sit down in her exam room. I have a major concern of a sinus infection since I will be traveling to Europe for two weeks in a few days. Long story short I spend 8!!!!!! minutes with her and she charged me $129 (which is the high end of the price scale) to tell me to take OTC Claritin and Zyrtec. Prices for an exam range from $99 to $129, and I have trusted MinuteClinic with many wonderful experiences over the years with no issue. As someone who does not have insurance, the last thing you want to hear after spending $129 is to come back in a few days when it gets worse, and certainly not to be addressed in a condescending way like I was today. Absolutely unreal.
