I will not go back to this store. I wanted to purchase a new phone. The sales girl was not friendly or helpful! I left and went to the Travelers Rest Cricket store and had a wonderful experience!

The store manager lied about ‘free’ cases and wireless earbuds with the purchase of phones, insisting that discounted pricing advertised on the Cricket website ($49 for an iPhone SE) included discounts for the accessories. I know sales people get commission for adding items to a phone sale, but don’t lie and tell me they’re free when all you’re discounting is what’s advertised for the phones. He then refused to return them, unopened, stating that store policy would not allow for the return of the accessories after sale. Buyer beware.

Went in to change from Boost to Cricket. The sales guy (Justice) was super helpful. Even offered me free blue tooth ear buds. Then I got home and discovered he charged me for the earbuds ($30). I even verified twice, I would not be charged for them. When I went back up to the house he told the girl working, over the phone, he never said that.I would not have gotten the ear buds had I known I would have been charged $30 for them. Will not be back to this location.
