Luis is absolutely amazing at his job. He was so sweet and helpful. Give him a raise, promotion, send his family on vacation and then give him another raise. He helped me solve a problem like it was nothing. Im very grateful.

One employee. Line of customers waiting was to the door. Not enough parking on their tiny lot.. very inconvenient. Finally gave up trying to get help with my account. Cannot recommend this store or Cricket

I went into get service they told me my phone was compatible with their system but after putting in the SIM card they said it didn't work. Did not try to sell me another phone so went to Mobile t or T-Mobile

Knew the phone I wanted and what it would cost from online research. Was told a much higher price by this store. Went to the store on Laurens Rd. and got the correct phone at the correct price.
