I don't think this will be read but,Feb 1st I deposited money the teller put in the computer as cash dispersed. If I wouldn't have checked my account when I got home I would have lost the money. They looked at the video as if i was being dishonest and I was just there 30 minutes ago.Now I have to go to a different branch that's twice as far. This location was convenient for me. Nothing will become of this,but this person should lose her job. I hate to say it but I bet it will happen again. As you walk in she was the teller on the right,with a tattoo on her left collar bone that says Lincoln. Pay her more money so she won't try to be dishonest again, maybe. But either way I won't recommend anyone become a member nor will I be at this branch again .I'll wait and go to a different one that's way out of my way since gas is so cheap. The only good thing to say is I'm gonna miss the young lady that knows me by name when I walk in. Maybe this other location will soon know me like that. Good service is important to me too.

This CPM location is the best in the Upstate. Adrian Carey, the FSR, is absolutely amazing. He's knowledgeable, professional, & genuine. Doing business with him is always a pleasure.

This is the credit union bank you want to be at. My experience signing up for a new account was amazing thanks to the warm welcoming and the gentleman Adrian who answered all my questions and needs the hole time with a smile on his face. IT’s customer service like this that makes you feel like you’re in great hands!! Thank you for all your help and being patient and kind with me.

I'm having trouble with the new young Latino woman, she is giving me a hard time and doesn't like to smile and it makes me feel uncomfortable. The closed sign wasn't on at the drive thru this morning either and it was after 8:30am. I wish I could open an account at a different bank.

Adrian at CPM Federal Credit union on Augusta street was amazing to work with! He was super friendly and knowledgeable. He helped me set up an account & also helped me with ways to get my credit score up. The process was quick & easy and I definitely recommend it to anyone looking for financial services!

Closest branch near my home however, when I go to the drive thru, they’re always directing me to go inside to use the money counter for depositing ones instead of just doing their job. The money counters are usually always down either way. The atm always experiences issues. Just seems that it’s always something here. They do have friendly and nice staff especially on the inside however I would not recommend this branch if you are a drive thru person like myself.

Have to agree with the others on poor customer service. We went in to open an account and were greeted politely by the person at the counter. They took our info and asked us to wait in the lobby. There was seemingly no one else in the building except for two people in an office looking at something on the computer screen.We waited for 45 minutes, finally gave up and left. Went to the branch in Greer on a different day and opened an account there in less time than what we waited in Greenville.
