I have been going to Costco for years, I am a Business member and spend between $500-$750 a month there. It has always been a pleasant experience. This last Sunday I had a team member scream at me in line, her name was Lynette or Lizette, she had a braid and purplish hair. She asked me for my Costco card, I was in line at self check out. I looked at my daughter and said well that is different as I have never been asked that in self check out line. I pulled out my card and showed it to her, she raised her voice very angrily and said I need to see your face on the back of your card, hold it up next your face. People were looking at us, I was very embarrassed. I turned it around and showed her my face on the back of the card next to my face. She then walked up closer to me and said very angrily and loud, do not get mad at me for doing my job, she started at me and did not look away till I said I am not mad at you. She then told me to leave my card, do not put it away. My daughter who suffers from severe anxiety almost started crying at Lynette being so confrontational. We both left the store very upset.

We like Costco but the store aisles are not marked as to what merchandise is in that aisle. Also seems like it is always busy and people can be rude. I really don't enjoy the shopping experience at Costco. The only reason for shopping there is to save money on certain items.

We've been Costco fans for about 34 years. Sure there are shortcomings like finding a favorite product and then it disappears, but for the most part, Kirkland products are high quality and great value. We really like the bakery in the Woodruff Costco and buy most of our muffins, bagels and dessert products here. Super happy with the new tire inflation station. Easy to use and accurate inflation. Still a good stop traveling up and down I95.

Awful location. Go to Sams Club instead. I live with my older parents and have visited here previously, for them, when they are unwell enough to go themself. I bring both cards and my identification with the same address they gave when they got the card. We were allowed in to shop and two hours later Cart full for the suberbowl gathering and they turned us away. We pay 120 dollars for the household to shop there and my mother was told when she got the card that the members of her household could use it. They turned us away at the register at the very end with a sudden rule change it seems. My mother was never told she couldnt have her adult son do her shopping otherwise the membership isnt needed.

Greenville is hands down the worst Costco. From getting in and out of the parking lot to shopping inside, it’s very painful. When we are out of town and go to other Costcos it’s not so bad, they seem to move customers through checkout quicker and have much better layout. Most of the time employees are pretty nice, at Greenville, but other times not so much. Guess every place has their employees that are not pleasant. Wish there was as another Costco near by to go to:(. Costcos do have good deals on food and other products.

Finally got a chance to shop here! Good selection of products. The checkout lines were a little long but the cashiers were quick and efficient. Nice bakery and produce.

After dinner, my husband and my mother-in-law decided to make a quick stop at Costcos to buy almond milk and others stufs, well when it came time to pay, my mother-in-law (a 90 year old lady) pick a bag of pecan Britles but she wanted to pay for it ( We have membership but she doesn't), so my husband made 2 purchases: ours and his mother'sthe cashier Jodie explained to him in a bad way that she couldn't buy anything because she doesn't have membership and my husband answered very politely that he will pay for it and the cashier didn't like it and reply him in a very rude and mean way .In short, So much aggravation was necessary? Was ok make a 90 years old woman felt bad for a bag of candy that wasn't free and We were paying for it?Probably she was following rules but her attitude and the rudeness was necessary?Bad management, bad costumer service

I get my prescription from Costco and have for several months because they’re the onlyplace that usually has my medication in stock. Every time I go it’s super busy and chaotic no matter what day I go, but whatever it’s Costco. I have to get my prescription as soon as it’s ready because it’s only for 30 days at a time. Today, I went to go grab it and spent 15 minutes trying to park and when I get to the front to walk in, the lady lets me know their system is down and I can’t get my prescription. I let her know I need it today so does she know when it might be up and she said tomorrow at the EARLIEST! This means I can’t get my prescription today and have to go without my medicine a day, and maybe even tomorrow too. I’m not really sure what to do about it but I’m very disappointed their entire system is down and I cannot get my prescription.
