We really like shopping at Costco, but it is always so crowded. They do a good job of checking you out quickly and we usually grab a piece of pizza to go. We will be back!

Disappointing Delivery Experience
I recently purchased two couches from Costco, a brand I've trusted for large-ticket items in the past. Unfortunately, this purchase turned into a nightmare due to the abysmal logistics and delivery service provided by Costco Greenville.
Firstly, the delivery was rescheduled without any notification, forcing me to rearrange my schedule multiple times. When the delivery finally happened, the drivers claimed they couldn't navigate down my driveway, despite larger trucks having done so effortlessly before. It was evident they lacked proper training and professionalism.
Communication was virtually non-existent throughout this ordeal. I was left in the dark, waiting for updates that never came, which forced me to constantly reach out to them. When I decided to cancel the order out of frustration and inability to reschedule again, Costco not only failed to provide the furniture but also revoked the shop cards offered as compensation for the inconvenience caused.
This experience has severely tarnished my perception of Costco's commitment to customer satisfaction. While I've had positive experiences at other Costco locations, Greenville's logistics and customer service were shockingly inadequate.
I strongly advise potential customers to reconsider using Greenville's warehouse for deliveries until these issues are rectified. As for me, I'm deeply disappointed and will be seeking furniture elsewhere in the future.
Costco, please take note: consistent service and customer communication are crucial, especially when dealing with high-value purchases like furniture.

Their food are good the employees are great but don't know why the people that shop here are like in steroids I have to be careful, no one runs over my kids when I'm inside shopping.
