Great service and honest people! Free Diagnosis. They changed the name to The Tech Store but same owner/location. My older, rebuilt computer immediately shut off this morning and thought maybe it was the battery or PSU power source. I was in and out in 15 minutes. Neecie, the technician tried a new PSU cord and the computer immediately powered on. I had first taken it to Computer Tech Services who wanted to charge $100 Diagnosis and tried to scare me with thoughts of a corrupted mother board and immediately tried to sell me one of their used laptops in the store. (Read their Yelp reviews.) I will certainly be referring all of my friends to The Tech Store - formerly the Computer Clinic! Thank you Neecie!

Wanted to wait a couple weeks so I could give an honest review. I will say, make sure you know what you want before going into any computer store to get something fixed. Explore your options and do extensive research on the problem you’re having with your pc or laptop because if you go in clueless anyone can tell you anything and a $80 fix could easily become a $400 fix. Now that that’s out the way, Mike did a successful data transfer between 2 drives I had on my laptop and it’s been running brand new ever since I got it back from him. The job took him only 24hrs and I had it back in the same condition I gave it to him. Will be coming back when I’m ready to upgrade more storage.

My Dell computer no longer worked & I needed files from it. They were excellent, and transferred my files to new laptop for me & it was ready within a couple of hours. Best Buy sent me away telling me to remove my hard drive and return with it for them to transfer to another hard drive. I am very pleased that I went to this business instead. They were great.

Friendly people, fast unloading but there are cars parked all over the place and backing a sleeper truck is difficult

Literally dropped in with less than an hour to go until closing on a Friday, with my daughter’s non-functioning laptop, after attempting to purchase a new one earlier in the day. To say that this was a long shot would be an understatement. After a brief explanation of what he thought was wrong with it, I sat down in the lobby, expecting to be handed back the same dead laptop I brought in. Within 10 min, I was looking at the boot screen again. To say that the cost was less than I expected doesn’t begin to adequately explain how happy I am with The Computer Clinic. I will definitely return, and have already recommended CC to several folks. All small businesses should be run this way.
