Blake, the Assistant General Manager, is unprofessional and rude.

As usual I feel that these hotel prices are a little too much considering you're not even there 24hrs with check in after 3pm and check out at 11am. But this hotel was nice. Carpets could use a cleaning, but otherwise was clean and comfortable.Breakfast was nice. Food could have been hotter.

After checking in and out of another local hotel due to their pool being closed, we found the Comfort Inn & Suites. This place exceeded our expectations. We live locally and I took my son and his friend on a “staycation” to celebrate the end of school. This hotel was our “Plan B” and moving forward will now be our “Plan A”.From the exceptional customer service at the time of check in to the friendly and kind breakfast attendant to the check out person on duty when we left this morning, we thoroughly enjoyed our stayed. The room was more than adequately spaced for the three of us. The bathroom was huge and the jacuzzi bathtub was the highlight for the boys. Everything was nice and clean and safe. And the refrigerator is not your standard under the counter fridge. It’s a tall fridge complete with a freezer space. The breakfast food was just okay, it’s your typical hotel breakfast. However, the breakfast attendant was thoughtful enough to ask everyone if they needed anything else before she shut it down. I’ve stayed in enough hotels to know this type of customer service isn’t the norm.Next time we want to do a staycation we will stay here and enjoy the fun things to do within walking distance. If you need a place to staycation or to stay while visiting town, I highly recommend this hotel.Rooms: Very Spacious room with big bathroom and a stand alone refrigerator.Nearby activities: As mentioned in walkability, Too Golf and Main event are right next to the Comfort Inn & Suites.Safety: Here’s the only little teeny tiny thing we need to mention. And actually it was the 10 & 11 year old that said something. We felt super safe staying here, but when we were leaving out for dinner, the boys notices the door to the pool was left opened and unattended. They pointed out that anyone could walk in and have access to the pool and/or rooms. Again, we felt safe and had no issues. They just pointed out the potential for something to go wrong.Walkability: We didn’t walk to anything during this visit, but we noticed that you could walk to Top Golf and Main Event. We said we wanted to come back and stay here again and do the things within walking distance.Noteworthy details: Exceptional Customer Service from all departments.

WARNING!! BREAK IN ATTEMPT!! DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. At 7am my wife woke up to a key card opening our room door. The perpetrator had a key card that accessed our room and began banging the door in continuously even after noticing the door’s safety latch was on. When I yelled out and made way to the door the perp took off running down the stairs. My wife and I immediately went down to the front desk ( in our pajamas) to speak to the front desk clerk Shay. We asked her what time does house keeping come in? She replied: “8-9am”. My wife explained that “someone attempted to break into our room- can we speak to a supervisor to access the cameras” their reply: “ we don’t have access, the person in charge of camera isn’t in today and is off tomorrow”. When asked to speak to the general manager- “ the manager isn’t here right now but l will reach out to her”. The entire time we addressed our concern both front desk clerks ( Shay and Sidney ) showed no sense of urgency or bother to what just happened. It’s as if this situation was a normal occurrence. No accommodations were offered. They didn’t even offer a room change. When asked about a refund - Shay responded “ We don’t do refunds. My wife asked for the general manager’s contact Info. My wife and I went back upstairs to find the stair case door opened again. We entered our room, grabbed all our belongings and headed back to the front desk to leave. Shay took our information and stated that the general manager would give us a call.General manager ( Grace S.) never called us. DO NOT BELIEVE THESE 5 star reviews. RUN! Matter of fact save yourself the trouble and don’t book. Even walking into the hotel entrance you could smell weed.

manager was extremely rude when i needed to help my mom. it was an emergency and she had no urgency to assist me. i do not recommend asking this manager for help and honestly how was i supposed to know to call ahead of time when my mom literally just called me and had surgery 2 days ago. i understand my review is not the best when it comes to grammar but i dont care. im extremely pissed off and would never treat someone who was worried for their family. i work retail and i go above and beyond for consumers. maybe this review will teach her to have a little more sympathy for people.

Everything about our stay was 5+ stars! However, G… wow!! He made this the only place we will stay when in the area. He continuously went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. We’ll be back!

Came to this Hotel after a very long drive from moving out of state. Extremely clean, comfortable and spacious rooms and a great location. But the best part of the whole stay was G (the front desk staff member) he went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect with our stay. And after reading other reviews, I know others feel the same. Comfort Suites needs to promote this guy ASAP!! Could not be more impressed with the level of customer service he provided to me and my family! Thank you G!!! I will only recommend this hotel for any family or friends coming to visit from out of town!!

Horrible! Horrible! Horrible! Foreign owned. Choice Hotels does not help, but instead only refers you right back to the same foreign management, who just says that they are "sorry" and nothing more, instead of providing a refund!; or doing ANYTHING to help. As if that fixes it! No sleep! No wi-Fi ! Cannot file complaint! You pay for sleep, and they provide the opposite -- NO sleep! They bang on your door, wake you up from a dead sleep, so instead of sleeping soundly and for relaxing several days being out of State, you have to spend two hours -- in half sleep -- on the phone trying to get help, because they just say to fill out some form!; and there are no forms available!; and calling my bank, and writing this complainr, ANGRY AS HELL instead of sleeping!!! House keeping wakes you up clean your room that you never wanted, and then they blame YOU!; they say it's my fault for not having posted a "Do Not Distub" door hanger!; And, one that I did NOT have! But, my stay was ALL WEEK! So, I paid over $450 to get NO SLEEP, and, I must work in meetings out of State!, so, now I have to cancel work out of State just to solve this problem in order to get a NORMAL hotel!; all while being tired, and having a health condition that requires full sleep! Terrible! Terrible! Foreign-owned hotel service! Horrible!
