Absolute worst vet i have ever experienced in 30 years. They wont contact an online pharmacy of your choice and wont let an online pharmacy contact them. When asked for a prescription, they didn't include refills. My dog is a shepherd breed and has high anxiety. The vet only cares about your money not your pet. The charge for 1 pill was over 1$, at chewy it was .17¢ a pill. And they didn't approve refills knowing the condition of my pet????

I cannot express enough our appreciation today of the staff of Cleveland Park Animal Hospital in helping us with the heartbreaking task to send our almost 15 year old cocker spaniel over the Rainbow Bridge. They all were kind and considerate, very patient and understanding. A the end they placed our sweet dog in a little coffin and gave us a paw impression with his name that will last forever. Well done and we thank you CPAH. George F.

Me and my dog King absolutely love all the staff at Cleveland Park Animal Hospital in Greenville!!!! And King's Veterinarian Dr. G, is an amazing person that genuinely, genuinely cares about not only her patients but their owners also!!!!!

We were told to come in right away with our very sick dog who we truly thought was dying. The doctor's excellent care brought our dog back to normal health in two days. The front desk staff, the doctors, the vet tech were all professional, knowledgeable and caring. A special thanks to Amanda the vet tech who went above and beyond in caring for our beautiful Renee. Thank you all!

Great Vet, but CRAZY expensive. All the staff are great! If you're on a budget, this may not be the place for you.

We've been seeing Madelynn Garrelts, DVM, at CPAH since 2021/2022, and we've had nothing but good experiences. Dr. Garrelts and the CPAH staff are patient and willing to stick around and insure we’ve discussed all concerns and answered all questions (in spite of how busy they are). Their love for animals is evident. My elderly dog is my only child, and I always feel like she is getting the best treatment and consideration with Dr. Garrelts and her team. Thank you for taking such good care of my old girl!

Paid in advance $25 for my appointment. It was supposed to be taken off of my bill at check out. I have called them about it. They still have not responded back. No return calls. Nothing. No letter
