It was our 1st time at a shooting range and Jack and Mr. Frank made it PERFECT! Jack was very well knowledgeable and made sure we was comfortable and confident with the guns before shooting.
Thanks City Arsenal team for ur excellent customer service which made our experience EVERYTHING!!

Griffin, JK, and Justin were so helpful in helping me pick the right handgun that I was comfortable with using. They were patient and went above and beyond for a special order request. I highly recommend.

I had to write a review due to the exceptional service received from the friendly staff. They were incredibly helpful and explained in detail how to use the gun ammo, even for first-time users. Our group included a few people trying this for the first time, and the staff assisted each of them with great support.
They took the time to answer all our questions and shared their knowledge on different techniques and the products they have in the store.

Fantastic took an item in to be fix took them no time, but it did take them over 30 minutes and 2 phone calls to find my item but other than that they got my business !

I'm not one to ever leave reviews but I have to post one for City Arsenal. My wife and I just began shooting this past July.
We've each taken three one hour private training lessons with Skip and the CWP class with him also. He's very patient, knowledgeable and our shooting continually improved with each session we had with him. I couldn't imagine ever shooting a gun without proper training. The staff has been nothing but professional and friendly each visit, including this past weekend with the painless process of my first pistol purchase.

If I'm shooting indoors, this is where I go. It's a little farther than some others, but worth the extra drive time in my opinion. Great people, fair pricing, and a nice range. See y'all next time.
Today was my first visit since the renovation. It's cleaner than ever, better ventilation and the digital touchpad takes the guess work out of target distance.

I’m glad I found this range. I triedPalmetto which is about 5 minutes from home. Unfriendly people and seemed chaotic. Chaos is not something I look for when trying to find a range. Now I drive about 20 minutes to City Arsenal and the drive is worth it. Friendly and helpful folks, the range is clean and has what I’m looking for. Glad I took the time to check it out. Also like to call out the CWP class as being really good and worth the investment.

I feel like such an idiot for not finding this gem before. Big boxes are fine but this is yet another incredible small business we have here in Greenville. I dealt with Gabriel today; if the other employees are as professional & knowledgeable as he is, there is no need to visit any other store in town.

I left a review about four years ago about how excellent the staff was there. I purchase my first rifle, optics and other items there over the years and the staff is always helpful and patient.
Four year later the store has only gotten better. The retail store has vastly improved in design and much more stock and the shooting bays have all been up graded.
Yesterday I stopped by because I was having some red dot issues and a young man named Tillman help me get two of my pistols zeroed. When I went to pay he told me it was on them.
This is just one more reason I will always use them as my firearms store.

If you're looking to buy quality rifles, this is a great place to go. What's even better is the turn-key process they offer for purchasing suppressors. If you're interested in suppressors but weary of the process, city arsenal is DEFINITELY the place you want to go.

Went to the range today and had a great time. Customer service is phenomenal. Miles and Justin both assisted me and my dad with rentals, ammo, etc and they were extremely helpful. The range is exceptionally nice, and the rentals available are great. Thanks!
