I cannot say I have used them before. However, I can say that the quote they gave me for a single job was more than double what I received from other places. I personally watched a 20-year-old college student do the job himself after watching a YouTube video with no prior training with ease. They quote a Bible verse on their "About Us" page, but I strongly recommend checking prices with others before using their services

This was the first time using service here and will definitely return. I was able to get a same day appointment and they performed the work in a timely manner and at the price I was quoted. Happy with my experience and would recommend them to anyone looking for an honest and reasonable auto repair provider.

I thought I was having an issue with my brakes... I had scheduled an appointment with Firestone in Asheville, they called me to cancel just as I was passing by this CBA location. It was mid-day and I had to take a chance, being 1200 miles from home. The gentlemen at CBA were able to visually inspect my concerns and said there would be no issues. This helped ease my mind while on my journey. Thank you again CBA Greenville!

Took our vehicle in because the AC was not cooling properly and they ran diagnostic test on it and said It was low on refrigerant and they only need to charge it. We paid several hundred dollars to have that fixed. The next day it would not cool when the car was in park so took it back in and they said a fan motor was not working and we paid over $1000 to fix that. Picked it up in the next day and the car started overheating when stopped. Took it in and they now want over $3000 to replace a water pump. In my opinion, it appears they either do not know what they are doing, or trying to create more work for themselves.

Definitely not a great place to go I had taken my vehicle there it was fixed but within two weeks the same issue occurs call them back because I was under a 30 day warranty they wouldn’t fix my car saying it was not under warranty definitely ripped me off! Don’t take your car here

Cant say enough positive things about this place, the people the service the cleanliness. Most help I have ever received at any repair shop . Knowledgeable in taking the time to explain thoroughly and also listen to me. Would recommend to everyone how great this place is

I just called Christian Brothers Automotive and they were a blessing I explained out situation and they were nice enough to help my husband who is very ill. When we took our Chevy cruise they immediately called us and they explained everything to us. They have excellent customer services. I would recommend them for sure. They were very reasonable too. I believe the gentleman name is Carl he was so caring for my husband and I. Thank you again May God increase your business for doing the right things for the old folks. Everyone there was nice and the dog is cute. They also treat us with respect and with integrity.

Have been here a few times for oil changes, transmission service, etc.
The staff are friendly and professional, service is done within a reasonable time.
I’ve had several times that they checked something and told me it was fine, that I didn’t need the service or work done yet. That’s honesty and integrity.
Highly recommend them if you want service done right and without fear of being ripped off or scammed.

When my tire pressure bottomed out I pulled into Christian Brothers right away. Although they are not tire specialist, Carl and his team went out of their way to look over my front left wheel and top it off with air before sending me to a nearby service center. I’m so grateful for their help and assistance and will be back again as a loyal customer for any future auto repair needs. Thanks again for helping out a Mom in need and making sure my vehicle was safe to drive!
