I purchased tickets for me and my two best friends for our birthdays a few months back. We went to see Legally Blonde. The show seemed to be great. We were on the front row but couldn’t hear anything because of the two girls behind us. They had a child with them and she was the one acting like an adult. The two adult ladies were wasted and were talking so loud that’s all we could hear. They were discussing people on Facebook. They were clearly friends of someone in the show. I politely asked if there was anyway they could tone it down so we could enjoy the show? They said sure, then busted out laughing. They then got louder. When the show took a break we went on home. It was such a disappointment. My friends drove all the way from Gaffney SC. I was so embarrassed that I had talked this place up. I wish they would’ve had people walk through and check for issues like this. I’m sure the show was awesome and disappointed it was ruined for us.

Just saw Carole King Musical. It's wonderful to see and hear such a quality production in a small venue.

Saw Beautiful. For a community theatre, the production was good. However, the direction was lacking. They use a thrust stage, which is fine. However, the players did not at all play to our section of the theatre. We were treated to the backs and backs of heads of the cast WAY too often. I can only attribute this to lack of director insight. The seats cost the same as any others. I feel it should have been advertised and priced accordingly. I do NOT feel it had anything to do with the cast, but rather that that is how they were directed.

My friends and I went to go see their production of Legally Blonde, and it was AMAZING. The cast was so talented, and the employees brought a great energy to the show! We sat front row, and we were basically on the stage! They had two real dogs as part of the show, and they seemed to care a lot about making sure they were comfortable. I also really enjoyed the local artwork they displayed in the lobby. I highly recommend Centre Stage.

Beautiful smaller theater. Up close and personal with the actors. Seating is a bit snug, but you forget about it during the performance.

Went here for legally blonde. The play was very entertaining, very well acted. That being said when I purchased the tickets I was told that every seat in the house was an excellent seat. We were on the left side, C1 and C3. Yes, definitely a good view, except for the fact that they play only to the front of the stage. Because they only really play to those who are sitting directly in front of the stage, the full experience is missed. Don’t believe that every house in the seat is an excellent seat. It’s just not true. There is really no reason why they couldn’t, from time to time, during the play, face either of the right or the left side side of the stage, but they don’t. So it kind of makes you feel like you’re the second rate audience. Then there was the bar experience. 4 ounces of wine for $10. Really? I felt totally ripped off. Here is a picture of the amount of wine that was poured in the same plastic glass that I have at home. It was literally filled only halfway up and when I measured it at home, it was 4 ounces of wine for $10. Totally unacceptable! Needless to say, I will not be returning here for another show.

Love that this a smaller place for plays. Every seat is not far from the stage. The plays are just as good or better than at the Peace Center.

So much fun! You can tell they enjoy what they do. And the space is great because of the angles no one is ever blocking your view (but the steps are STEEP...be careful going both up and down)

Me and my Mom went to Rockin Boots for her Birthday and it was a great time! Right downtown and small venue so there isn't a bad seat in the house! I'm definitely going to their next show, Legally Blonde in May!
