Friendly, honest, hard working people. Great service. Highly recommend! They even gave me a free wash when it took a little longer than usual because of an unusually high rush of customers one day.

Had my car detailed and they did such a good job!! Paid for the $175 detail- which included everything but the outside.. they even threw in a basic outside wash for me. Not only did they do the best job, the price was great too. I am so happy with it, 4 kids and lots of bottles spilled on the carpets. It literally looks like a new car. My go to detailer!!

I was overall really disappointed with my experience.
Firstly, I reached out for a quote on getting our SUV detailed. Asked for details on what exactly each service came with. The manager, Rodney, just copy and paste the website description (which is vague) into the email. He didn’t even take time to change the formatting so it looked like he took the time to respond to my email.
When I got there and dropped off the car, they charged me a higher price than what was quoted. When I picked up the car, I showed them the email with the quoted price and they adjusted.
When I looked inside, they hadn’t done anything to the seats. I asked why and the manager stated that this service didn’t come with a shampoo… I then showed him
the email where he stated “…all seats shampooed…” and he back tracks and says “oh I mean… they hand shampoo it, they don’t use the machine…”
When I got home, I found marks in the trunk that I was able to wipe off with my finger, so clearly that was not cleaned.
Overall I was really disappointed with the poor communication, vague answers and lack of hard-work in the final product.
I will not be coming back.

Too long; didn't read: STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!
"Exhaustive, four (4) hour interior vacuum and wipe down; cupholders and compartments cleaned; streak-free windows; carpet shampoo; and leather or vinyl conditioning."
They called me back just three hours after I dropped off my car, so the claim of a four-hour service is clearly inaccurate.
For context, I took these pictures as soon as I got home for accuracy.
For $175, their "Q-Tip Elite Interior Detail" should deliver exceptional results. Unfortunately, it fell far short of expectations. Upon picking up my car, I was immediately disappointed. Dirt was still visible on the floors as soon as I opened the door—something you shouldn't see after a premium detailing service.
It was clear that I hadn’t received what I paid for. The level of detail was something I could've easily achieved myself. Dirt remained in the crevices, and it looked like the job was rushed—possibly completed in just an hour. The rear seats and trunk were still dirty, with hair and debris left on the edges of the seats. I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received.
I haven't felt this ripped off in awhile. $175 dollars is a lot of money. The level that is expected should be unprecedented. I cannot recommend this place. I suggest you look for an actual detail place that is willing to give it the love and care your car deserves. These con-men will just take your money and do the bare minimum. Reader, stay away.

Thank you to Rodney and his team for washing my car he was so nice and his team did great on my car. Had some stains in my trunk and they didn’t even charge me for it. The two guys that did my car were so nice. I will be back.

Went by cedar Pete today the staff was wonderful, Rodney helped me at the front gate and took care of my car. I was impressed the way the car wash looked it so clean and all of the staff were so kind. I will be back!!!

First time last Tuesday. Amazing! Graphene ceramic wax with interior clean in 15 minutes. Detail-like clean for only $30ish. Incredible value.
Update: Have come consistently since purchasing unlimited plan. Every visit has been similarly good. Always excited to come back / by fast best full service wash in Greenville. Rodney is an amazing GM
Update 2: my wife had her Audi detailed last week before selling. Looks brand new. Really inspirational work.

I've been going to Cedar Pete's for a few years and the quality has swiftly declined as of late. For $30, the interior car cleaning should last more than approximately one minute. My car's interior didn't look or smell clean afterwards. Super disappointing!
**EDITING THREE MONTHS LATER TO ADD - We tried Cedar Pete's again today and had an equally disappointing experience. Paid $32 for a car wash and left without a clean car. Called to talk to a manager and the phone went straight to voicemail. Do not recommend!!
