Call my PS4 in there what's my hard drive extender when I called the first time the the lady was being ignorant on the phone then it kept saying that I never brung it there that was a lie what are my hard drive extender I can't play any PlayStation 4 games so at the end of the day they forgot to put that in there for my PlayStation 4 extender and I can tell that was in their lying they just didn't want to deal with it so they told me whatever they want to tell me on the phone I know truly is not at my house I looked all over left and right I love that all over my car before I even did anything when I came back to the house this place is horrible they need to start showing more respect with their customers I'm taking consideration thinking about the customers or clients facade just coming to work just to make money

Extremely rude. Very unpleasant experience. They are super RUDE! Half of the item in store are not in good shape and they price stuff very high. If your looking for a pawnshop just go across the street to the other shop. They tend to be nicer and more reasonable in price.

If I can give them a 0 stars, I would. Their customer service was a 0. The worst. I called to ask a simple question and she responded with an attitude to everything I said. She needs to be talked to about how to talk to people especially when they are wasting their time and spending their money on their products. VERY RUDE! -0/10

This place doesn't deserve 1 star, employees are rude,think they are somebody that controls you weather or not you get a loan or not, the worse pawnshop out for a 100 or so I've been in over 50 years the worse in customer help want to low ball you on everything, I wouldn't ever go into this place, ÿour going to be ripped off and there going to be the most rude people you ever come across. Customers beware they need to fire all of them and start over

If I could give this site 0 stars, I would. My experience was bad from the moment I walked in the door until I left. I was standing at the jewelry counter waiting and instead of “We will be with you shortly”, I was yelled at across the store, "You will have to wait". It went downhill from there. Save yourself time and hassle, and go to the location across the street. They were polite and helpful.

Poor customer service, they make assumptions that are completely unfounded and rude. Wish I could give 0 stars, I have done business here before but not again. Don’t assume people are shady if they pawn something new, I buy things all the time and don’t always keep receipts, especially if a lot of time has passed. If I had the receipt why would I come to a pawn shop? Makes no sense. Go somewhere else where you’re treated with dignity.

I got a loan on a tv. Went back to pick it up and it has a black spot on the screen. They said it wasn’t their fault. It was not like that when I left It with them. I was actually gonna buy a laptop while I was there but didn’t. I was also told that there was nothing I could do to get the situation fixed.

NOT EVEN A FULL 24HRS AND THEY TOOK MY MONEY FROM A LAYAWAY THAT HAD TO CANCEL. I EVEN ASKED IF THE MONEY COULD BE PUT TOWARDS FOR STORE CREDIT AND SHE RUDELY STATED “SHE AINT GETTING NOTHING BACK”. THE ONE LADY WAS INSINCERE AND NASTY WITH HOW SHE SPOKE WITH ME WHEN MAKING THAT STATEMENT. STEER CLEAR . NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE WHATSOEVER.
