I recently had the pleasure of purchasing my first electric vehicle (EV) from Phillip at Carlton Motors. He was knowledgeable and attentive and made the experience exceptional. As a first-time EV buyer, I had numerous questions and concerns about making the switch to an EV, but Phillip’s expertise and patience put me at ease. He took the time to explain the key differences between traditional gas-powered vehicles and EVs, breaking down complex concepts like battery range, charging infrastructure, and maintenance in a way that was easy to understand. As I am becoming acquainted with my new car I have had several additional questions and Philip communicates quickly and thoroughly to answer my questions. The quality of the car speaks for itself, but what makes me reallly satisfied is the support and knowledge that Carlton delivers on.

My experience with Trent at Carlton Mercedes-Benz was professional and very easy. He guided me through all the paperwork and explained the vehicle I purchased and showed me how the home screen worked. I am still learning how and what is in that screen, but we will get it down pat. I recently purchased a used car from Carlton which I had found on the internet. From day one Mino the sales rep. took care of me. There were some scratches on the car and wheels which were taken care of at no extra charge. When the car was ready, Mino picked me up from my home and brought me to the dealership. The car was washed and detailed. In addition, they had filled up the tank. Exceptional service. Thank you!
