I really wanted to love this place as there aren’t many bespoke tailoring places around. However after spending a good deal for a suit that did not fit, I won’t be returning. I understand many times after a suit is made things need to be altered, but it was the lack of desire to make things right after the suit clearly had an issue that rubbed me the wrong way. I came back to the store to have the suit looked at, and I asked what we could do about it. I was told “looks ok to me, sometimes that’s just the way it fits our body” even after I repeatedly stated that something was off. Both my wife and other friends agreed that there was an issue with the suit’s fit at one of the shoulders / arms. Considering that it was custom made for a hefty price, it should be nearly perfect. Furthermore, there should be an effort to make things right, which was not present. I ended up taking the suit to a tailor in town who immediately noticed the problem and fixed it for me. I shouldn’t have had to do this for a custom suit. It should have been fixed by the people who sold it to me.

The staff is extremely professional. Chris explained the custom suit process, gave me a time frame my suits would be ready, and different ways to wear the clothing and get max options in the various slacks and shirts. I will definitely be back again.

UPDATE: Shortly after reaching out to the company about the issues that Mark created, I received two phone calls. One from Josh, and one from the owner. This was a great start to resolving the problem. Josh has been extremely professional and accommodating to make the situation right and drove all the way to my home in Georgia to remeasure me and get the ball rolling. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and helpful, so much that I decided to also purchase a suit. Once the delivery happens I will most likely change to a 4 star rating due to the professionalism of Josh and the company itself.

Nothing happens by accident. I met Craig 1200 miles from home only to find out we lived 30 mins from each other. Since that time, Cahaly has revamped and customized my wardrobe. I had some nice suits in the past, but there is nothing like a custom suit. Nothing. Craig is the man to get you what you need.
