Very poor customer service!!!
Not respectful of customers time. If you can't provide services for customers, DO NOT ask for them to return in an hour and still not be able to provide services.

Went in the morning to get me and my moms nails done,I got Valentine’s Day nails so pretty!service was great!4 or 5 time I’ve been here never disappoints?

I came in an hour before closing and they very efficiently got my nails done beautifully while providing amazing service. The atmosphere is very kind and multiple staff members were very sweet. I very much appreciated the service I got done here and my nails look so cute. 10/10 would recommend coming and definitely will be back

WORST NAIL SHOP EVER. the man doing my nails had no idea how to properly do a fill in he applied too much gel and shape was horrible the lady attempted to fix it however I left very ANGRY ! I WILL NEVER RETURN

I had an amazing time here! I liked how it was a welcoming place and amazing service. I had gotten gel and acrylic French tips and it turned out so well. I definitely recommend Ca nails if you are looking for the most trendy and well done nails.

The customer service from the owners daughter was great!The mail services from my nail technician was not!She assured me she could do designs and they design thatI wanted was nothing close to what she did !Her hands were not steady and the polish ran together as she didn’t have me insert my hand into the ultra violet light machine.She had another customer to come in and demand that she so her pedicure so she did a rush job on my service and it was horrible!I paid $65, and left unsatisfied because of this I will not be back.Services: Nail designs

**Updated**Went back to this unprofessional establishment and politely stated that I was requesting a refund for sloppy services. Vicki laughed as if it I was making a joke and threatened to call the police. I stated go ahead and I would wait outside. I was told that the police were on their way after going back inside and inquiring if Vicki had called and if the police were responding. No police after 30 minutes of waiting.First time customer and would not recommend this place to anyone. Cuticle were cut too close and fingers are bleeding. Asked for same nail color for both mani & pedi. Received 2 different colors.Called to request refund because I did not care to return after noticing nails were not the same & fingers had started to bleed. The manager Vickie was rude and hung up the phone after indicating "no refund we do over."
