Burlington store was a complete mess. It looked as if the customers had rammed sack the store. Couldn't find what I was looking for. Customer service was not good.

Every time we go, there is a lengthy wait at the checkout. There are 6 or more customers each time waiting to checkout. I have even seen customers leave carts with what they WERE going to buy!!

Name brand clothes at a great discount! You have to put the effort in to look through the racks but the prices make it worth doing. If a garment is damaged in some way management will usually offer you a discounted price on that item if you ask. There is a great deal of clothing variety here as well.

Ehhh. Not sure who's in charge of ordering things. A simple clock that needed a battery wouldn't fit in the most basic of design flaws. This is my 3rd time there. It's dirty and disorganized with expensively priced junk.
