The counter girls were very pleasant and helped me through the process. They always answered the phone and went the extra mile! Shawn, who helped with the insurance paperwork and quality control, is by far the best experience I've ever had with a manager. He even called my insurance company and arranged for me to receive more from the adjuster, who had already closed the claim. Shawn did all this after hurricane Helene, when everything was crazy. He made me feel valued, and understood that I'm not tech savvy. Great person to help seniors!!! Great repair work from the shop. Everything looks brand new!! Thanks guys!!!

I cannot recommend Mandy D. enough to anyone dealing with a collision issue. She went above and beyond to say the least; she assisted me both in dealing with the insurance agent as well as fixing an unexpected and horrific issue with securing a rental. I will never forget this experience and my gratitude cannot be overstated.

Since I can't get a call back to spite many left voice-mails...I'd like to know what is going on with my truck?
2023 tacoma. Under travelers. It's a rear bumper and blind spot sensor. Did you loose my truck? If so, you may want to start making my payments.
Told many times it's almost done. Then I get totally ghosted.
Help a guy out here.

Had my rear ended CRV Hybrid Touring fixed in a timely manner and car looked as good as new. No trace of the crash in site.

I was skeptical at first because I'm a skeptic anyways. However, Steve did amazing job taking care of my insurance claim. I was kept up to date on the progress of the repairs, and the end result was flawless. The car looked brand new when I picked it up. I would recommend this collision place with no hesitation. Good job guys and keep up the good work.

I dropped off my car for repairs and was given as estimated completion date of about 2 weeks. The day before the anticipated date I received a call saying that it would take an estimated day longer and they would call back on Thursday with an update. Thursday came and went with no call. When I called them for an update I left a message and didn’t receive a call back until Friday, an hour before their closing time, which left me scrambling to find a ride. My issue is not the added time but the lack of communication around it. If clients need to plan rides, communicate with employers about schedules, extend rentals (and budget more when they will last longer) and communicate with insurance companies, knowing the timing for these things is key. It could have easily been solved with a simple call on Thursday with the latest update and would have alleviated a lot of stress. I will say that the front desk always answered my calls and were very friendly; the issue was with the particular agent handling my vehicle. Dealing with a crash and being without a vehicle is already a very stressful situation without the added stress of not being informed or knowing how to plan around repairs and one call would have been all it took.

I had the worst experience with this body shop when I first bought my car. I later found out that the tail light assembly they replaced was improperly installed. It fills with water any time there is heavy rain or when I wash my car. This was the shop recommended by my insurance company at the time. Just beware.

No communication or updates on my car repair. Forced to go here by Progressive and of course, no help from them. Car still there after a month. Some reviews say they communicate well...that is definitely not the case with me.
Update....My car was towed to Fred Anderson on July 12. They still haven't car on August 31. All sorts of excuses, etc. They came to an agreement with my insurance company to provide a rental until the car repairs were completed. I have messages from Fred Anderson,. Progressive and the rental company that they would pay for a rental until the repairs were done. A few days ago I received a message asking me to trade the rental for a loaner. I shouldn't have agreed as they were obligated to provide a rental. I thought that the loNer would be comparable to the rental in terms of being a fairly new and clean and mechanically sound vehicle
They gave me a 2012 car with dents, burn hole in the back seat and a horrible vibration that shook the car whenever I stopped. I called to let them know. They said to bring it back and they would see if my complaint was valid. I had to go to work,.so I couldn't bring it in. I tried to contact Nick (the manager) and he never returned my message. This was Thursday. This has been a nightmare experience. Draw your own conclusion.

I've taken several of our cars here for repairs. Every time, I've gotten great service and pretty fast repairs. Some times parts are delayed, but they stay in good communication to let me know when to expect the car to be finished. Mandy has been especially good to work with.

This place is AWESOME ??
they replaced my whole trunk and match my paint correctly. Had me done in 2 weeks. Not a long wait at all. They communicated with me very well about what was going on with my car and how much longer it's gonna take. I recommend this collision center. Thanks guys
