This is the place for dry cleaning! They are fast, fair priced, and have amazing customer service. Even though the process of dropping off and picking up your clothes is short, you will feel at home with the conversations you have with the people up front. I will be recommending this place to others going forward. To anyone looking for somewhere to take their dress clothes or really anything to get cleaned give this place a chance!

Asked for my suit to be ready by this morning, and they told me it'd be ready by yesterday at 4 pm. Go to pick it up this morning and they tell me it won't be ready until 4pm, and I'm supposed to be at a wedding out of town by 5:30 pm. These people will never get my business again.

They did a great job with my sons suit. It was ready in two days. The price was excellent, and there is even a drive-through to drop off and pick up. The staff are friendly and professional.

CAUTION: Take before pictures of your garment before dropping it off!!!!! I gave them a $300 Italian La Perla top to dry clean and they gave it back to me with a hole in it and tried to say they did not do it! This was a brand new top worn ONCE and was in perfect condition when I dropped it off. The employee apologized and basically told me the owner is not a good person and good luck getting any recourse. I have reported this experience to the BBB and want to warn others to TAKE PICTURES of your clothes before you leave them with Polk (or better yet find another cleaner who will stand by their work!!!!)Service: Dry cleaning

Friendly, professional and prompt with their services! One of my tops had bleeding from a cardigan that they didn’t think would come completely out. They told me upfront and didn’t set me up for false expectations. When I picked up my items, the fabric bleeding had come out! I also love that they’re able to send text updates and reminders. Once again I had a great experience with B-P Cleaners. This time I took advantage of a text coupon to have three winter-weight comforters with shams cleaned for storage during the approaching warm weather. I love that they fold the linens in sturdy, clear plastic bags because they are easy to put away in our storage area. I live in North Greenville County on a mountain and it takes me an hour to drive to Greenville. I am willing to drive this far every few weeks because they are worth it.Service: Comforter cleaning
