Bought my son a pair of the Cody James boots , he wore them to school 1 day and the outside of the leather is flaking off. Hello everyone,
When I first walked in I noticed I was only one out a few customers there. Which is fine but you’ll understand in a minute on why I mentioned that. I walked towards the women section and was looking at the jewelry when I noticed a female employee standing in the middle of the store with 2 male employees (I’m guessing they are the managers) talking loudly about her work performance at the store. To the male employees that were talking to her … do you not have an office? Since when did it become appropriate to go over someone’s work performance in front on customers? I have worked in jobs where male mangers have not been respectful and did not care about my privacy. That’s what I saw when I was there. To the female employee… if you are being disrespected and not heard please don’t be afraid to leave that job. I promise you something better will come to you. It took me a long time to find my voice and when I did I sure as hell made my boundaries very clear.
Second thing:
No women’s work boots? Why are they only available online? Men aren’t the only ones who work blue collar jobs.
Third thing:
Not a lot of women’s work clothes. That’s very disappointing! I think you’ll be better off finding something at Harrison’s or tractor supply.

Huge selection of boots to choose from. Staff was very helpful also. Bought a pair of work boots. Went looking for for a certain kind of boot, but found what I didn't know I needed. Lol

I've been to this location 3 times recently. I have to say "I love this place." Although employees are busy working and doing other tasks, they stopped to help me out each time and went above and beyond. I'm all about customer service.....sometimes hard to find these days, but I really appreciate the service that I recieved at my visits. Keep up the good work guys, and gals. ;)

Stopped in ready to buy boots, even had made a list of brands I wanted to try.Only customer in the store, I had to ask for assistance only to find they didn’t have any of the Sage, Justin, or Ariat boots I was interested in.Won’t go back.

Went to both Boot Barn in Easley, SC, and Greenville, SC they both were great, but the one in Greenville looked like it had a little more . Did buy at both stores.
