Came to switch from T-Mobile and the young woman in there was very patient with me as my car and phone was stolen last night and had no way to get the info I needed to switch. Lynnette told me what she needed to get my with boost and I dropped $100 on a brand new 2024 celero plus which is huge and awesome for my big hands... thanks Lynnette ONE

I came in today to switch from Metro as I’ve been having WAY TO MANY issues with them! Miss Lynette is the only person who has ever asked me “what do you like about your device and what do you dislike about it”. Such amazing customer service, very knowledgeable about the phones and plans. I will definitely be back in to bring my family to switch as well!! Thanks miss Lynette

Ms Lynnette is the real deal. She’s helped me in every single way she could to teach me about my device and help me learn these new fancy iPhones. I love my device and she need a raise with how hard she be working. I’ll only come to blue ridge if she’s working I don’t even go in if I dont see that bright red hair. Thank Lynnette!!

Just walked up to the door at the store on W. Blueridge dr. A heavy set guy comes out its 6 pm they close at 7. I said sir i need to buy a phone. He said im closing for 15 mins i gotta do something u can wait outside and walked off into family dollar. 2 other people were walking up. And was like wow did he really just do That.. I will be switching my phone provider!!

In general, telecommunications companies are among the companies that get the most complaints.Hence, I felt sooo lucky when, by chance, I dropped into this Boost store. I had never had anything to do with Boost, my service with Virgin got switched to Boost. And, suddenly, I had a problem, not with Boost but with my phone's manufacturer, LG. And, as it is with smartphones today, I needed help - super quickly.Luckily, the Boost store which is closest to my home was closed and so I got Jeanette at this store. Jeanette is the kind of person you want to talk to when it's about your phone. Knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful beyond what one hopes to find. She is so good at what she does that she calmed me down in an instant. If you ever had phone trouble you know what I mean.5 stars, 6, if I could gives themThank you, Jeanette :)
