“This is hands down the best body shop around. When you have to go to a body shop, chances are things are not going well for you. Interacting with JT makes the potentially stressful experience smooth. I took a car there after an accident awhile ago. My insurance sent me to a big name factory that put me on a long waiting list and had a very impersonal feel. I found JT through Google reviews and thought "really, 5 stars?" Yes, really. JT took my car in, worked with my insurance, battled with a weird replacement part, and returned my car to me good as new (it has been over a year now with no problems). And through it all, he is just an extremely kind and honest person. They don't make businesses like this anymore. Now Thompson's is my go-to for anything exterior car related and I recommend him every chance I get.”

“I had a problem with one of my tires. It was sort of last minute as we were leaving on a trip in the next few days. It was late in the day (about an hour before Service closed), but they said come on by and they would see what they could do.
When I arrived, they worked me in quickly, took care of my problem and had me out before closing time. It turned out be be a fairly simple problem, but I didn't know that when I pulled that in. Great folks, great service!”
“My sales Rep Sylvie Pheng at Toyota of Greenvile was amazing! She went over and beyond to try and accommodate my wants and needs. The only complaints that I really have is that the dealership itself wouldn’t come down on the price even tho I was paying cash in full for a used 2016 Highlander. Then there were a couple minor things that needed fixed. One thing (the driver lock wasn’t working) Sylvie noticed it before the car ever left the lot and she made sure it was repaired but one of the tire sensors was bad which I feel like they should’ve also replaced because they knew it was bad prior to me purchasing it but had just reset the battery to clear it out. So the light didn’t come back on till I had gotten about 10 mins or so down the road. Again, it was a minor fix but considering I paid full price and cash for the car they should’ve fixed it all in my opinion! ANYWAYS… Shout out to Sylvie Pheng… You’re AWESOME! ? I absolutely love my new to me 2016 Toyota Highlander! ❤️”

“Recently I began to consider trading in my old Lincoln and looking at newer cars. My 2000 Lincoln had begun to age a little bit. And starting to look tired. You can see the primer starting to come through the paint.
The problem is, the newer cars I was looking at wasn't as nice as my Lincoln and probably didn't have as many miles left on it as my Lincoln stil had to go.
So I took the car to Maaco on South Pleasant and they did a fantastic job repainting it. The car originally came in a pearl paint job from the factory. I did not want to go back to Pearl, but I wanted it to match as closely as possible.
They did a fantastic job repainting my car. I could not be more pleased. Sure, there are some oversprayin a few places. But the amount is very small. And nothing a little acetone could not take off. I knew there would be some overspray before I ever took the car in and I was prepared for that. It is impossible not to have overspray unless the car is completely disassembled.
This is my second vehicle that I have had painted at this particular Macco. And they did an excellent job on my first car also.

They even finished 1 wk before the estimated time and my baby looks exactly how she did when I drove her off the lot. They stayed in contact w me during the entire process. My calls were always answered and returned properly/promptly. The office is nice and clean, convenient location. God forbid, but if I ever have another accident I don't want anybody else to touch my car. I recommend EVERYONE to utilize their services.”
