I would have given zero stars if I could have. Customer service was so bad that i had to walk out because it made my anxiety so bad that I was in tears. I will no linger shop at the Haywood Mall location again and I will shop in Anderson or Seneca from now on. Do better

Britt is extremely rude to her customers. She was very rude to the lady in front of us, we overheard the conversation. She could have just professionally said sorry ma’am we cannot return for whatever reason but the way she handled it was extremely disrespectful and I could tell the lady was upset.

Good selection but the past 2 - 3 times a friend of mine & myself have been we were not pleasantly greeted with customer service or relations. Huffs & eye rolling & cut offs in convos and just plain ignoring the question and/or situation/request. We get it retail sucks now but I'm old school treat people the way you would want to be treated. Besides that the store is nicely set up.

This Bath & Body Works was as expected. I only gave them 4 stars because I went there to find the luxury dupes, but they don’t get them until August! Which is months and months after other locations. Overall, the people were helpful!

Run before the sale is over your I just moved to SC area and this store had all the latest products including some great hand soap options I got 5 for just $27 I needed new plug-ins and they had every option but fell in love with laundry scent plug-ins could not stop smelling it lol the store was well design products was well display staff also available for questions quickly there to help if needed also got my daughter pound cake soap, lotion and body mist buy 3 and get $3 free I even was about to get a lemon scented home candle which was on sale for $14 original price $29 can’t wait to return

My daughter liked the stuff, but why at checkout do they request email and a phone number, to sell to spammers that's why. Just give em your local PD number.

I have loved B&BW for many years. I love the new set up on the 1st floor near Belk. Definitely more room and better set up. The employees were as usual, very helpful and friendly. It's nice they are finally restarting % off deal rewards for loyalty. I love the new loyalty rewards program. NOW if they can get their app to work correctly... that would be great! Because rarely does the reward code work on it. I've had to call the order in and even they have a had a hard time getting codes to work. Or I've had to go in person. In today's world, that's really not acceptable. But I still love B&BW!
