A very nice store. The staff are very helpful. I like the fact that they do carry some of the refills on the hand soaps that are foam directly in the store.

This store has a wide variety of scents and products for sure! The staff are always very friendly and helpful. You can also find awesome clearance items most of the time. Either after a big holiday or just when new products are coming out. The only reason for the 4 star rating is because I get bad migraines with super strong smells. The mix of all the really strong smells makes it almost impossible for me to go inside the store.

I like the store but the last time I visited they allowed a customer to bring a snake into the store and shop with it. I couldn't believe it!

On 11/8/23 at approximately 2 pm, I entered the Cherrydale Point Bath and Body Works to initiate a return. Upon entering, I held the door for another patron. Once inside the store, I noticed the manager speaking to another guest who had a French bulldog with her. They were mildly blocking the entrance so I waited for a brief moment to allow them to finish. The dog (on a 6 foot leash) noticed me and I bent down to greet the dog to deter it from jumping on me. The dog was excited from being in a public place. I get this as I have two dogs, myself (at home). In my attempt to keep the dog at bay, the female owner was still talking with the manager as the dog jumped not once, but twice on my leg which yielded scratches. The owner then says “Oh she scratched you! Bad girl!” I said “Yes, she did, that’s why I was trying to get your attention while keeping her off of me.” I walked over to the sink area and wet a towel to clean my leg. At this point the manager has walked away. While at the sink the dog owner approaches me again and said “Oh, she did get you pretty good! Sorry about that! She doesn’t normally scratch people.” I replied “I don’t like being scratched either because I am diabetic and because of sanitary precautions.” She quickly replied “My dog is clean and up to date on her vaccinations.” I then replied to her “I don’t know you or your pet so I have no knowledge of cleanliness or vaccinations. I do know that dogs use their feet which collects bacteria and now she’s scratched me with those same dirty feet.”I proceeded to the counter to ask where the manager was. I was told by another employee that she was in the back handling some other business. I told the employee that I wanted to have a report filed about this incident of being scratched in this Bath and Body Works store. She said she would go get her. While waiting for the manager to come back and file the report, another woman walks into the store and starts to greet the dog. This woman starts to pet the dog and the owner says “Please don’t pet her she’s in trouble.” The woman ask why and she was told (as she pointed at me) “She’s in trouble for scratching that man behind you.” This woman turns around to look at me and then walks back into the stock room. She was the area manager!!While still waiting for the manager to get the paperwork to file a report, the dog owner approaches me and says “So what do you want to see happen here? Can I buy your things for you?” I said “No, I had a return, not a purchase. I would like for a report to be filed and this to be documented for my safety.”The manager, then emerges from the stockroom and states that she cannot locate the proper paperwork on the back office system to file the report. So she takes information from myself and the dog owner and writes it down on her notepad. I provided my drivers license identification to her first , and then the dog owners ID was requested as well.Moments later, the manager tells the dog owner “You have nothing to worry about. We allow dogs in here so you aren’t in any trouble or anything.” I must say I was a bit shocked as I was made to feel like this was somehow my fault. Like I was wrong for wanting this documented.Keep in mind, this area manager that randomly showed up, never emerged from the back. Never. After leaving the store, the manager called me approximately two hours later to give me a phone number to call in case I needed to seek medical attention for my leg. Since that day, 11/8/23, I have not heard from anyone else from the store or Bath and Body Works as an entity.Later that evening, I called Bath and Body Works corporate to file a report. The man listened to me and said that he was taking it all down. Toward the end of the call he cuts me off and says “Thank you for taking the time to share your experience at this Bath and Body Works store.”Here is my concern. What if I had been in fragile health and been scratched? What if it was a child? Your child or elderly parent on blood thinners perhaps? This is a big liability and safety issue for BBW.

Went to get candles today cause there sign says all candles bogo . And I liked some of the fall ones they were marked down 60 percent and so they said it don't apply. For one u need to make sure ur sign says regular price candles not all. And they need to do a better job at training there employees. The girl at the register was new couldn't answer my questions . Then I said Ma'ma 3 times to the lady in charged she didn't act like she hear anyone. Not very friendly at all.
