Poor experience with cashier because I asked several questions about if my 10 percent applied to sales item…how to use my cash rewards…she got frustrated, I guess because I spoke too fast. . Kind of spoiled what was a good day…cost BN another sale as I was going back in to purchase more but changed my mind because of her. Beware of the cashier with bright pastel hair!

I an not sure what to say about this store.
Well stocked but nothing I wanted.
Polite associates but not very helpful.
Prices are outrageously high.
Not one of my "go to"places.

Lovely place. My pickup order was ready in less than twenty minutes, and an employee behind the register came to ask if I needed help when the line of customers ran out. Finally qualified for my first reward with the free loyalty program via that purchase too. Exciting!

Books are priced higher than other places. I found 5 books I wanted there, but they were cheaper on Amazon. I put them back on the shelves and ordered them online. Now, if I needed them that day, I wouldn't have waited, but I saved $22 online. Very nice store all around, though, with a Starbucks inside!

The wife and I don't go out book shopping much. But when we do, this place is one of the few we travel to.
Staff always been friendly whenever we get the chance to visit. Prices are decent for physical copies of books and manga, if I wasn't working third shift. We'd probably be here more a bit more often.

Very chill atmosphere, kind people, and the Cafè is a great addition to have access to inside the bookstore. The Only negative is that they sometimes make customers ( like myself ) feel uncomfortable and embarrassed . There has been a few times where I have been approached about situations where I’ve given compliments to their employees & later was told I made them feel inadequate or unsafe when I’m a very peaceful and diverse being of sincerity and sovereignty. All i am saying is do not judge people, assume anyone’s nature or character based upon rumors especially when they are not true or if that person has had a rough day or going through something and you made it worse when they were only trying to be nice & give a genuine compliment to spread happiness and not show that their life is going thru temporary hell. Other than this personal circumstance the place rocks! & I love reading, art & just overall knowledgeability /intellect. Have a great day!
