This branch has some of the most friendly people I've ever seen at a bank of America. It's not my normal branch but was closest at the time I had a problem with my account. Brad was extremely nice and professional when I came in and was quick in figuring out my problem and how to get it resolved was very understanding to my issue cause when something goes wrong with your account it can make you very stressed and when I left I was at ease knowing I've done all I can do to fix my problem. Since I had such a great experience that day, I went back to that branch for additional help mainly since was so nice but they were already aware of my situation. Again Brad was right there to help asked me about my problem told him it was getting resolved but had to come in to make a withdrawal and he took the time to help me use my digital card I didn't even know I had and again left in a much better place from where I was yesterday when things went wrong. So THANK YOU VERY MUCH for all your help Brad!!! As I said at the start all the employees were so friendly as I was getting my help today I observed a teller being very sympathetic to a customer who probably having a day like I did yesterday maybe even worse but the teller and another employee were so caring that the lady was so thankful for their help. Go see Brad and his team at this branch I feel like they would go out of their way to help....YA'LL ARE AWESOME!!!!

This is my first time at this branch and I was skeptical at first when I saw the low reviews, but it's literally 3 minutes away from my home.Let me tell you that the service was amazing! I was greeted as soon as I walked in, asked what type of service I needed (which was opening an account).Last time I opened an account at Chase Bank, it took almost 50 minutes if not more, but here it literally took 16 minutes, and that's from going in and leaving the bank.Kim was super nice and even the bank manager Chris came and welcomed us as new customers and clients of Back of America. The whole experience was very positive and very pleasant!I can't say enough, and others who are checking the reviews and planning to visit this branch, please write your positive reviews as well!

I love the "your a very important customer" but yet I can't come in and talk to someone. Even with an appointment. Chase across the street has never turned me away if I want to talk about my accounts.

Older lady with gray hair; worst branch manager I have ever met. (My dad was a bank President so I'm familiar with banking institutions.) She was RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. Poinsett Highway, Greenville SC at Cherrydale. She needs to be fired. She kept answering the phone, every time I tried to speak, then she just blew me off and said she had to go see the tellers and she never came back in the room. I waited till someone else could help me. She's a branch manager? Response: I have to go on Twitter or Facebook...? I don't think so. Great example, just by the response below.

Stopped by this morning to make a simple one item deposit. I politely opted not to do the mobile deposit at the door and to wait for the teller. She was busy sorting cash from likely a night drop and said she would be with me in a minute. No problem. She then encouraged me to utilize the gentleman at the door with the mobile device.When I again politely declined, she then told me I would have to wait for a customer at the check stand still preparing his business for the teller.I turned and walked out. Having been in the commercial banking business for over 25 years, we focused on being a service industry. Visiting a branch is no longer a pleasant experience, but rather an inconvenience for the staff. Part of the problem is the inadequate staff provided by management in the interest of enhancing return to shareholders.Interestingly, I visited a sister branch and was thanked for coming through the door.I will be sure to install the mobile banking app on my new phone to avoid cluttering up the lobby, as well as consider the future of my families over 30 year relationship.Oh, and this is the first time I have felt motivated to actually write a review. This experience just pushed me over the edge. Do better BOA…

Set up a new account and went to pay off my credit card. Even though the app showed my new account and I have screen shots showing it was coming out of the new account. They charged my old account twice and my new account once. They refuse to pay the overdraft fees.

Closed my account that was established when I was 17.I am 66.Poor excuse for a bank and employees are unprofessional.This branch needs to be closed as they are useless.

First time in months there isn't lines out the door. I truly understand the restrictions due to the virus as well as closing branches every other week. I can tolerate that for a little bit. What I can't tolerate is being the only one in line and two tellers not acknowledging me until 5 minutes standing there. Saying they would be right with me. After waiting 5 more minutes I had no choice but to leave and make my business drops in the drop box. I needed to get ones but couldn't wait anymore. BOA your service is getting worse everyday and I will be moving my accounts soon.
