When we weren't able to get service from our previous computer repair, we went to Available Technology and were met with immediate and excellent service from both Josh and Mike. They both worked very hard to retrieve as much data as possible from our damaged data drive and provided updates on the progress of an incredibly slow data download. Their billing was very fair and reasonable. I would highly recommend them for all your IT needs .

We switched to Available IT after tons of woes with our previous IT provider and it has been a night and day experience. Such a wonderful company and we are so pleased. Quick service, great communication, and knowledgeable, competent and kind employees. Couldn't recommend more!

When I was told to call Mike because he and his team can do some wicked good things, I was feeling defeated. I thought I had lost YEARS of work off a drive... he quickly responded to me and asked when I was available for him to remote into my computer to start trying to troubleshoot. (ummm... I'm at your mercy mister, you tell me when you can ?). I wish I could give more than just 5 stars. His level of professionalism and skills are unmatched. I highly highly recommend calling him the first time... don't try to Google and do it yourself. Just call him, your money will be well spent (and he might just save your sanity too)! From the depths of my heart and soul, thank you thank you for recovering everything for me so super fast! ?

We had years of important documents & family photos & videos on an external drive that became corrupt. Mike responded quickly to my online inquiry and was able to retrieve all of the important files I needed. His service was excellent & the price was fair & honest. I'm glad that there is a local company that is able to provide this service in my area. I would recommend anyone in a similar situation to speak to the team at Available Technology Inc.

Great people here that are quick to respond to any questions you have! The problem with my PC was found with relative ease & speed, with a very affordable fix! No BS like you would get w/ GeekSquad, no extra fees, no new issues upon pickup! Would absolutely recommend to others.

Absolutely 5 star service! Saved my computer when the Costco Concierge Service said there was "obvious water damage" and I'd need a new motherboard so they refused to honor the warranty - We found Available Technology Inc - they figured out it wasnt an OS issue or water damage it was something completely different! Thanks Mike for getting me up and running so quickly and WITHOUT a new motherboard!

I had a nonresponding HDD that I needed to recover files from. Mike at Available Technologies Inc tried his best but it will need to be sent to a clean room where a deeper dive can be done on it. Thanks to Mike for giving it their best.
