Auto zone is always my go to store for auto needs. The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. Sabrina and Hope, in particular, provided fantastic assistance and made my visit smooth and hassle free. Their dedication to customer satisfaction is evident. Order a part, get told "will call when it arrives", no call, go up to get it and it's the wrong part. Get the right part and charge $51 when the box clearly has 31.99 written on it.. back to O'Reilly for me

Michael Stokes was a huge blessing to me. I called their store in need of parts because I broke down on my way back home to Atl. I explained I didn't have a way to pick up the parts so he gathered my information and said he would be back in touch.
