“Second time I take my car for service. This time was only for oil change. Service was done as expected. What really call my attention was the technical advisor, which unfortunately I do not remember his name. Young talent and by far better to work with compared to the first person I deal with in my first time. He put efforts to keep me updated how’s the work was progressing, considering I was waiting at the dealer. The waiting area is great, nice coffee and comfortable. The work shop area could be more clean and organized specially considering the type of cars the dealer is dealing with. I set my appointment for 7:30AM however nobody touch the car before 8:30AM, so a bit of waste of time.”

“My sales Rep Sylvie Pheng at Toyota of Greenvile was amazing! She went over and beyond to try and accommodate my wants and needs. The only complaints that I really have is that the dealership itself wouldn’t come down on the price even tho I was paying cash in full for a used 2016 Highlander. Then there were a couple minor things that needed fixed. One thing (the driver lock wasn’t working) Sylvie noticed it before the car ever left the lot and she made sure it was repaired but one of the tire sensors was bad which I feel like they should’ve also replaced because they knew it was bad prior to me purchasing it but had just reset the battery to clear it out. So the light didn’t come back on till I had gotten about 10 mins or so down the road. Again, it was a minor fix but considering I paid full price and cash for the car they should’ve fixed it all in my opinion! ANYWAYS… Shout out to Sylvie Pheng… You’re AWESOME! ? I absolutely love my new to me 2016 Toyota Highlander! ❤️”
“I just purchased the alpine green 2024 Subaru Crosstrek Limited from Larry Taylor! He was so personable and had fantastic knowledge of the car! He did not add any pressure and gave me time to think about my decision. There's nothing more then going to make a big purchase and having a pushy sales person. He was the complete opposite. It wasn't all business either. He likes to get to know his customers. He is super friendly and has a great personality. “The (Mihai) salesman was very friendly! There was no pressure what so ever! I was shown the car of my choice. My husband and I both test drove it on a Saturday. I went back on Tuesday and drove it again. I went back and purchased the car on Wednesday. Everything was easy! I was offered many upgrades! The finance officer took "no" as an answer just as easily as "yes". I chose the options that I wanted.
The operation of the car was much different than my previous car, a 2008 Toyota Corolla! The salesman was eager to show me how to use all of the luxury features. I returned the following week and he set up my phone app and explained more of the cars features.

“GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PRODUCTS!!! I live in Charlotte, N.C. and was in search of a vehicle part that I couldn't find at any other salvage yard for over a week. After making calls to salvage yards all over NC, SC and VA and getting bad customer service, hang ups and the runaround, I finally found this great place online and called and reached an excellent sales rep named Barry. He told me that he would check the yard to see if they had the part in stock and contact me and let me know if they did or not. A short time later I was surprised and grateful to recieve a text with a picture of the actual part and a call from him confirming the availability. I then asked him to please please please hold the part and told him that I would drive there almost 2 hrs away to pick it up...He then took the time to come up with a plan of action that would greatly cut my travel time by sending the part on a delivery truck to a salvage yard closer to Charlotte, being that he already knew that a delivery truck was heading that way from his location at some point in the day. Baker Truck Parts not only saved me time they saved me money. I would definently recommend this place to anyone who is looking for 5 star customer care. Thanks Barry you went above and beyond. It only took me 55 mins to drive and grab the part, and when I put the part on my vehicle it was in excellent working condition...”
