I waited a bit too long to be seen & no explanation was given. The facility was clean in appearance & the dentist seemed to welcome my participation in determining my treatment plan. The proof of the pudding will be the quality of the dental work.

Dr. Faith was absolutely wonderful. Caring, understanding (I have loads of anxiety over dental work), and kind. I cannot express enough my appreciation for the experience I had there.

I had a very nice experience. The staff was pleasant, the office was organized, clean, efficient. The doctor was great, nice.covered all information, I had two teeth removed. It was so fast I didn't realize he was done. I would refer friends and family..Thank you

This particular office was Exceptional! From getting me in to be seen promptly; to meeting MY needs and not insisting I do more than I was comfortable doing. I would HIGHLY recommend this Office. Everyone from receptionist to hygienist to dentist was friendly, kind, and helpful. Wonderful experience.

I setup my appointment online and put in the details of what I wanted along with my updated info. I had previously had work done at this same Aspen. When I go there they only had me down for a dental checkup although I clearly put my appointment down as a cleaning so I left. They also called me 3 times yesterday acting confused although I updated my info via the website and to confirm the appointment. They also texted me and sent an email as if I hadn't already confirmed my appointment via phone. It's like if you don't respond to one of their harassing reminders they will cancel your appointment. I won't be using any of their chains again. Definitely don't recommend.

It was my first visit. I had a large abscess and was in serious pain.Everyone was so kind. I felt instantly welcome and comfortable with the staff. One staff member even showed me pictures of his baby.I will be going to this office for all my dental needs.

They were very kind, they saw me the next day after I called with tooth pain, that day they had me scheduled two days later to pull all my top teeth they fitted me with the mold for dentures. I called Tuesday, got an appointment for Wednesday, everything is set up my dentures are made and I go in tomorrow morning to get my teeth pulled and get my dentures, I can’t remember the young pretty dentist that works there but she was amazing she was so helpful and kind! Also the young guy receptionist he was very helpful sweet and understanding also can’t forget the lady that went over my costs for my services she was so kind and sweet as well and very helpful I’ll repost ur names when I get them at my visit tomorrow

I had a very nice experience today I was terrified when I went, I had not seen a dentist in awhile because my family dentist had retired, I was treated kindly and painlessly . I had a back tooth extracted and the roots from a tooth that the filling had came out of removed . I'm very thankful for the efficient job that was done by the dentist and assistant today . I will return for any further dental needs that I might have

If you are a patient here, I suggest you pay close attention to your EOB because you might have been overcharged.For my September 21 visit for a routine cleaning, they charged me for both the amount I actually owed ($42) and the amount the insurance company owed ($67) for a total of $109. I only found out about it because I reviewed my EOB from my insurance company.When I called Aspen Dental on October 10 to discuss the overcharge, they said they hadn't received the insurance company's $67 payment and would not refund me until it was received. Meanwhile, my insurance company tells me they paid Aspen Dental 2 weeks ago on September 26 via wire.I then called the corporate office for Aspen Dental, who said they are backed up on applying payments because of system issues they had in APRIL. They suggested I waste my time by physically driving over to the local office and handing them my EOB, since the local office were the ones that took my money in the first place and would be the only ones who could refund me.So, I called the local dentist's office on Woodruff, who again refused to refund me until Corporate processed the payment. They couldn't give me an estimate of when it would be processed, & they were clearly annoyed that I didn't have sympathy for their internal issues. It was very much a "There's nothing we can do about it, so just deal with it and stop bothering me" attitude.Needless to say, I will not be going back to them. I'm not interested in extending them free credit against my will. Pathetic.UPDATE - I filed a formal complaint against Aspen Dental with the Better Business Bureau. I received a notice through the BBB from an Aspen Dental "Regulatory Relations Specialist" that they would look into the matter and rectify it. I received the refund owed to me two business days later. I recommend others that may be in my position to follow the same course of action; it seems this is the only way to get Aspen Dental to do the right thing on a timely basis.

I cannot recommend Aspen dental enough! I was immediately greeted, and everyone behind the front desk was so kind and welcoming. Dr Reynolds is amazing! I really do not prefer going to the dentist and this was by far the easiest and best experience I have ever had. She made me feel very comfortable and there was little to no pain. She was very intentional to make sure that I was ok the whole time!

My first visit to a dentist in I don't know how long, I was extremely nervous and anxious. Everyone on the staff was very kind and supportive, and I didn't get a single negative word about not doing this sooner. Everything was explained to me as it was going on, and when it was over and I sat with Holly (financial), she went over everything in detail, and worked with me for what I needed to have done. Despite the amount of work I will need in the next several months, I am not as anxious about everything and can't wait for Aspen to help me smile again. Thank you for making a seemingly terrifying experience so very manageable!
