Delivery guys Justin and Micheal were spot on with the morning call and estimated arrival time. Kept us informed throughout the day. Arrived and like a well oiled machine got to work. Flawless installation and verified everything was in working order before leaving. Highly recommend this store and their delivery team as they are Above reproach!”
“I would give them more stars if I could! Everything from picking out appliances to the quick delivery, hauling off the old appliances, and installing the new ones. The delivery guys and installers were awesome and walked through the process of how to use everything and answered all of my questions. The delivery and customer service were way above what you would get from a big box store, and Phillips prices were better too! Will use them for all of my future appliance needs!”

Loved the convenience of the Home Depot app to select what I wanted, pay online then used the curbside pickup feature to have a Home Depot staff member load my purchase into my car. “This involve three sheets of plywood that I was unable to return.
Over this past weekend, I was helped out by four extremely empathetic employees at the Woodruff Rd Home Depot and I want them to be recognized for their sincere efforts.
On Monday morning 7/22/24, Keke at the Service Desk was extremely instrumental in assisting me with my solving my unorthodox situation and the MOD that morning, didn't fuss at me and knew exactly how to resolve the problem.
I also would like to recognize Davi (Sunday 7/21/24) in the Rental Department (trailer rental) was more than empathic and understanding with my rental and I can't thank him enough for taking a genuine interest in helping me and for his kind words after I brought the trailer back. Then right before the store closed one very helpful young lady at the Service Desk on (Sunday 7/21/24), was also extremely helpful and caring when it came to the circumstances of my situation.
These four employees showed what it means to work as a team to resolve even the most trivial issues a customer may encounter. Kudos to all of them.
Home Depot (the Orange Store) will always, has always and will continue to be my goto, Home Improvement store for any and all future projects. Thank you all so very much.”

“Went to the store after going to the one on Anderson rd and white horse road where the female salesperson was skating ? around ? and told me that what I wanted was not in stock, and there was none around I had to pay for it up front and wait be around 6 week's trying to lock me in a sell at that store so called this store on Woodruff Rd they said they had 2 in stock I went and picked it up paid for it as they loaded it up every thing done in 15 minutes ? now this is how you run a store.”
