Delivery guys Justin and Micheal were spot on with the morning call and estimated arrival time. Kept us informed throughout the day. Arrived and like a well oiled machine got to work. Flawless installation and verified everything was in working order before leaving. Highly recommend this store and their delivery team as they are Above reproach!”

The delivery guys and installers were awesome and walked through the process of how to use everything and answered all of my questions. The delivery and customer service were way above what you would get from a big box store, and Phillips prices were better too! Will use them for all of my future appliance needs!”

“Well, I am not a customer, but I am delivering water heaters to them today. I love Holly water heaters to Ferguson. They are great people to work with and they will work with you. I was on my deliveries would go. This smooth it would make truck drivers a lot happier instead of waiting 5or so hours.”
“I just went by to purchase a capicator for my unit and the front desk asked me who I worked for and if I had a license.......thanks for nothing ...the other guy let me know that I needed to know the voltage and that it could burn up if I didn't get the right size. Thanks to this guy for the info but I'll never go there again......"New HVAC student"If a business or an eletrical license is required you guys should have a sign that clearly state that. Some how I don't think those are required to purchase products from this or any other parts store. By the way I purchased 4 capacitors from another parts store without any problems.......8/28/2020 update....i just had a great experience there today so I'd like to retract my previous review...Thanks guys”

Loved the convenience of the Home Depot app to select what I wanted, pay online then used the curbside pickup feature to have a Home Depot staff member load my purchase into my car. One more reason I love to shop here.♥️”
“Similar to other Home Depots that I have visited. Layout seems to replicate others, so that helps finding things. The app for store layout and placement could use some work as it is not 100% accurate. However, asking an associate always works.”

“This involve three sheets of plywood that I was unable to return.
Over this past weekend, I was helped out by four extremely empathetic employees at the Woodruff Rd Home Depot and I want them to be recognized for their sincere efforts.
On Monday morning 7/22/24, Keke at the Service Desk was extremely instrumental in assisting me with my solving my unorthodox situation and the MOD that morning, didn't fuss at me and knew exactly how to resolve the problem.
I also would like to recognize Davi (Sunday 7/21/24) in the Rental Department (trailer rental) was more than empathic and understanding with my rental and I can't thank him enough for taking a genuine interest in helping me and for his kind words after I brought the trailer back. Then right before the store closed one very helpful young lady at the Service Desk on (Sunday 7/21/24), was also extremely helpful and caring when it came to the circumstances of my situation.
These four employees showed what it means to work as a team to resolve even the most trivial issues a customer may encounter. Kudos to all of them.
Home Depot (the Orange Store) will always, has always and will continue to be my goto, Home Improvement store for any and all future projects. Thank you all so very much.”
