Hours of operation needs to be updated. Waited for a drop and once i got there they told me it was a line before they opened yet their IG said not form lines because it gets you BOOTED FROM THE LINE and is ILLEGAL to do so

APB doesn’t stand behind the products they sell. I had to go to the manufacturer after APB would not refund the purchase from workmanship and material defect on an online purchase. What a pain this process has been and I will only get a voucher from the manufacturer not a legit refund. I would recommend taking your business elsewhere.

As someone who spends a fair amount of money with the sister stores to this company it is a sad day to see first such poor customer service . By poor customer device I mean not even being able to be a customer so to employees deciding when the store will be closed regardless if posted hours. I arrived at 440 pm today store hours state till 5pm , Inwas excited to see this store in the area Inwas visiting and again shop a fair amount at the sister store of the owners in atlanta . I pulled on the door and it was locked I looked at the time at it was 440 pm , the store isn't big enough someone could spend more then 15 minutes in it, and I understand the ownership group and how well they are and successful the locations are so another 1k dollar sales give it take isn't a big deal, but what they should realize is this store now has two reviews and both one stars so maybe something needs to be done. Don't bother going here you can find everything they have on stockx , at your time frame and not have to deal with people who know ownership isn't there so they can make decisions on when and who to be open to.

Sign said that store closed at 7pm but as soon as I walk in at 6:25, associate said that I have 5 min to buy something. Will never come back.

Best Retail store in Greenville hands down they have the best selection when it comes to sneakers. They also get pretty much everything but operate on first come first serve basis so no heat sit in this store. Go check them out the 2 managers are amazing also!!!
