…..I mainly blame the rehab and hospital that hooked us up with oxygen with NO training. I had NO idea about anything or how to work or clean the equipment. NOTHING. A HUGE problem with our healthcare “system.” The delivery guy was extremely nice and helpful. He went overboard explaining in 5 minutes how to use the equipment. Something the healthcare people should have done before they sent my 89 year old mother home. Was told he was the only driver.Called the company a couple of times, they were nice. FINALLY spoke with Beth. VERY knowledgeable. She went overboard explaining. We drove over and she sat down and explained in more detail, which is what I needed.I now give them 5 stars. If the hospital and rehab/ nursing homes would complete their jobs this company would have more luck with this star system.

Just got off the phone with this fine establishment and was very frustrated with the tone and the lack of concern or help. The whole experience has been crazy frustrating.

From my initial call to the actual delivery of oxygen equipment, my experience was absolutely delightful!Beth in the office was knowledgeable and John & Bill who delivered the equipment were not only professional, but informative, patient and very pleasant.So refreshing to deal with a company that places Customer Service first and truly cares about taking care of people's medical needs.Thank You to a super Company and a great treat!Darlene & Michael Senft

The ladies in the office are not friendly and are only helpful once they realize they need to back track to redeem themselves. It's, you can't have this and nope we don't have that. But yet the delivery drivers, who are very nice tell you different. It's as though they are just miserable and hate dealing with the public, which is sad because their customers need help, they are on oxygen and should be given the best that's available to them. My mother had an older machine and she asked the front office if they could take it back because she can't use it, it doesn't help her. They said, no but not to worry about it, just keep it. The next billing cycle, they billed her for the machine!! She'd had it for months without being billed and was told they didn't even have it on file. But once she told the ladies at this office about it, they canivingly billed her. I could go into details about a very offensive event that happened in the office but quite honestly I think they might target my mother somehow. Yes really I think they would do that! Just mean, miserable people to deal with.

There are no in-network providers of CPAP supplies in South Carolina with my insurance. On the phone, AHS said they would file all the necessary paperwork to get an exception. 3 weeks later, no success, so they sent all my breathing supplies, at no charge, so I could have replacements while they continued to work through the myriad of forms and paperwork. THEY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND. THEY CARED ABOUT ME. I'm just blown away. Trust these people, they care about you, the individual. It's because of their care and thoughtfulness that I will be able to continue breathing well for months to come.

Sorry excuse for a business. Do not do business with these people..they could care less if you run out of oxygen..one person tells you one thing and another person tells you something totally different.i am going to find me another company asap !

This was a really bad experience for me , this company should not be in business the way they treat their customers, no respect ,don do care about your needs waited almost 3 weeks to get a wheelchair.and then had to order from another company to and they brought the chair the same day they got the order from a farther distance too.
