Paid $460 for one night and was not notified they are renovating so all amenities are closed. Restaurant/bar closed, gym closed, pool closed. Only thing open is Starbucks.Need to notify people before they book a room. Plenty of other options for rooms that have amenities.

To be fair, the hotel was under construction, so I didn't get to take full advantage of the amenities, but I assure you this is a great place to stay when you are working in Greenville. The rooms are very nice and very reasonable, parking is the cheapest in the city, and you can walk everywhere. The airport is 16 minutes away by car, and the restaurants nearby are excellent with a ton of variety.

Pros: location is good (less than 5 to Main Street). Bed was firm. Room was clean. No additional pet fee for our pup.Cons: the main mirror was broken in our room. Fridge and air conditioner was very noisy. Hair dryer did not work very well. Room was quite small.Guest services: I was disappointed when I had asked during reservation process to be in a room away from the elevator but was still placed right next to it. It caused my dog to bark more due to people constantly walking past our door.Overall: it’s ok. I will probably go with another option next time we visit Greenville.

Booked a room for date night downtown, walked into the lobby to find that the hotel is torn completely apart for renovations so there is no bar, no lobby area when you enter from the parking garage and it smells like construction and dust. We were assigned a room and upon exiting the elevator in the floor all you could smell was the nauseating odor of paint, went to our room to find that it smelled worse/stronger of paint than the hallway, the fridge was not working and the bathroom door felt like it was going to come off the track. Funny enough speaking about bathroom door when we went downstairs there was a lady at the desk asking for maintenance because her daughter was stuck in the bathroom in their hotel room due to the door coming off the track.Long story short, this may be nice in a year or 2 but definitely stay clear of this place until renovations are complete. When checking in the clerk verified my number on file which didn’t mean much to me but when I returned to the desk to ask for a refund we also asked why we were not informed that most amenities were closed and they were under construction and the clerk who assisted with refunding us said “we tried but did not have a phone number on file”. That is a bald face lie considering they confirmed my phone number at check in!!I took my refund from aloft and stayed a couple blocks away at the Westin Poinsett and I will say I was not disappointed with Westin whatsoever and plan to stay there again.

Would not recommend. This hotel is a maze from the start of the garage parking. It is in complete renovation too. The minute you walk into the lobby it is apparent. It does not disclose any of this when booking. The rate does not reflect it either. The hotel bar is closed which is not mentioned as well. The noise from the construction completely surrounds you during your stay. So many other great places to stay. Decent location but overpriced currently. Very misleading. Wait until the construction is over.

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights! Room was clean and Bria at the front desk was welcoming and helpful with all of my questions. The best part of my stay was the hospitality of the bar staff and the manager Kelsey--The main reason for the 5 star review. She went out of her way to accommodate my family. My son has a gluten allergy and she personally made his food and made sure it was not cross-contaminated. She even came back out to ask how our food was. We felt welcome and appreciated in the bar area.If you get a chance to stay here, please do and make sure you meet Kelsey. She will make your stay just that much more special. Thank you to the great staff!

You have to go to the 6th floor to check in. Parking and elevators are confusing. The personnel do not greet you and are rude. Not enough signs, pretty confusing to go around.Good thing: $7 nightGreat location though.Rooms: You turn on one light in the bathroom and all lights get turn on. Weird configuration of the lightning

Rayvin is the best bartender I’ve had in the Greenville area. She cares and makes sure everybody has everything that they need before serving anyone else. I would 100% say go to aloft just for the experience with Rayvin and make sure you ask for her by name.

Great boutique hotel convenient to downtown Greenville. Walking distance to Main Street and plenty of restaurants and shops. Close enough to Falls Park to walk. Fun bar with a little balcony area. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Would stay again!
