Placed an order with Aldo on line , a pair of shoes and the matching bag, that was not sold in stores. I had the order delivered to the Greenville SC store. Was told my order would arrive on the 15 of August. Called on the 16 to see if my order had arrived. I was told by Beatrice the store manager that only my bag had came in. Told her I would wait for shoes to come in to pick both up at the same time. I get a call two days later saying that my shoes was in. I called back to the store to let them know that someone other than myself would be picking my order up. I was then told by Beatrice the store manager that the package that came was not my shoes but someone else shoes but the invoice had my name on it. Im asking her how can that be and she just insisted that I cancel my order. I strongly believe that she kept my shoes that I ordered for herself or for someone else and told me that fabricated lie because I dont understand why she would open my package up to see what was in the box when the invoice had my name on it. So I called the 1800 customer service number and told the representative that I spoke with what Beatrice had said. So the representative told me to hold on that he was going to call the Greenville store to find out what was going on. After holding on the phone for almost 30 minutes he finally comes back to the phone and says to me that he didn't understand what happened to my shoes and that he would refund my money People be aware not to have your order shipped to the Greenville SC store because I believe the manager there Beatrice is taking items that is sold online only and telling people that they order was mixed up and to cancel your oder. Just a way for her to cover her tracks for taking goods and claiming the order was mixed up. Because of what I believe she did I had to reorder that shoe and had to pay $25 express shipping to my house to get the shoes here in time for the occasion I needed them for.

My visit to Aldo was top tier! The store was pleasingly nice & well organized! I was greeted by Ty, her customer service & smile was everything! Im looking forward to another outing with the girls bc Aldo will definitely be the first stop! They can never make me hate yall, see yall again very soon.

I visited Aldo for the first time in a long time. When I first entered, I was greeted by Ty who was very friendly, had a contagious smile, and she was very helpful with helping me match up an outfit! I will definitely be back☺️

I have bought almost all my shoes at ALDO for over 10 years. They are great! I went today to the store and bought FIVE pairs of shoes. They were all so lovely. Great deal and great quality :).

I came in to look for some shoes for my baby shower . Jada and Beatrice are awesome they found the cutest pearl dress sandals for me . The shoes are not only classy but comfortable and that was important for me being pregnant . I had such a great experience I looked around more and purchased a purse to go with the shoes and a few other items . If you’re in the Greenville area definitely come to Aldo for your shoes . I am now a regular customer . It was always challenging for me to find both comfort and cute but Aldo has it all .

Thank goodness for Beatrice (the new manager) and KC! They were the sweetest and most helpful employees I’ve ever met in Aldo! For years I dreaded going into Aldo because most often the employees weren’t very friendly or helpful and almost seemed like I interrupted them by coming in to check out what they had. Not only did Beatrice and KC give GREAT service from the time I walked in, they helped me find exactly what I was looking for and I was even happy to spend more than I ever would have considered in the past! What a difference great staff can make!

Adrianne went above and beyond to help me find the right shoe for my event. She had excellent customer service & her personality is everything. She made sure to let me know about the promos as well, so I ended up adding on a handbag to match my heels !
