When I walked in, I was greeted with cheerful hellos. I needed help to print a pdf from my phone, then send through USPS. Jonathan and Nikki went above and beyond to make that happen for me. I had hurried there afraid I wouldn't be able to get my letter out before 5. I was happy to see they were open until 6 and right around the corner from my home. I also love that they have you covered with UPS and FedEx along with USPS. I will continue to bring all of my business here. They are the best! Thanks guys!

I can't speak to pricing (their mark-ups seem to be an issue based on other reviews) as I simply had a FedEx package to drop-off with an RMA label for a return. Hands down the easiest, friendliest and least busy package service store around. I can't say I'll use them if their mark-ups really are as bad as the reviews lead you to believe, but for return drop-offs, I'll never set foot inside a UPS store again.

The team here is top notch! The level of care and customer service is above what one could ask for. I am in almost weekly and always greeted with a smile. I typically have large orders being shipped overseas and have had no issues with their services to date. My packages always make it out and arrive on time. I am very grateful for these folks!

Take your business elsewhere. They severely overcharge. I understand that these places add an up charge for the “convenience” but this is just robbery. I didn’t pay attention when in the store and just noticed my receipt when I got home. I was charged 43.57 to ship a very small box that weighed under two pounds to Idaho by ground usps. When I compare the rate on the USPS site and use the same dimensions and even add more weight it’s cost $15.70 for ground advantage, hell I could have used priority mail and it would have cost $10.40.
Do yourself a favor and just go to the post office. I can’t wait to see the snappy response from the owner as they have to other customers who have complained about the pricing.

I use them for convenience and am happy they are there. I don't want to run all over the place to do simple things. I'd rather save my expensive gas.

I have dropped off packages to this location on multiple occasions. They all went where they needed to go. Customer service is fantastic! Will continue to drop off packages here.

I had to send a letter from a close address (I'm in NY) and I was able to send the letter via email, print, and have it mailed from this location. Jenifer was professional & knowledgeable and was able to help me get this done right over the phone. Thank you so much!

Tons of scam businesses use this place as their mailbox. Like the land scam using fake treasury department seals sent by patriot land investing. They target the elderly.
Not this business doing it, but they’ve been notified it’s happening and do not care.

I suspect that they over charge. It cost me $50 to send a light package (filled with crochet gifts) to my brother who lives in a big city. They said it was considered "rural". It also cost me another $30 for another package. Both packages were delivered through the USPS from there. My brother mailed a heavy package to the same sibling and it only cost him $20 from the actual USPS store. I'm not sure if it's just South Carolina, or this specific place but I'll be trying out the actual USPS in the future to compare. Also just read about the stamp overcharge. I don't have my receipt anymore to get refund, but I'm never going there again. The time to go somewhere else is worth the savings. And they are so nice and scam you with a smile and a friendly attitude.

Way over priced. Told me the cheapest way to shop was $15.00 for a very small envelope, looked only and shipped with tracking for $4.15. only ship here if in a huge hurry or convenience. Not sure how 3.5x is good for the customer.

It may be convenient, but be prepared to pay a price for the convenience. They sell $0.66 forever stamps for $0.85. A markup of over 27%. I don't plan to go there again. I wonder if they markup UPS and FedEx as well.

Absolutely deserve a five star! Needed some stuff notarized over the holiday weekend and once the owner learnt of urgency he went out of his way to accommodate. Communicate was. 5 star for how prompt his responses were given we were in different states trying to coordinate. Definitely will be using them again if needed and highly recommend!

Amazing service with a smile. Was helped by Jennifer. She couldn't have done any better. This is the location you want to visit.
