⭐️⭐️⭐️This place is AWESOME!⭐️⭐️⭐️ Jennifer was very patient with me. Chelsea was an awesome CMA . Front desk staff Aniyah and Shaterrin did a wonderful job making the checking process easily. The whole staff was just awesome.

I have been feeling ill, achy and exhausted. I drove to the Pelham road AFC Urgent Care Pelham Road location yesterday after calling 5 times and they were closed at 5pm. Today I made an appointment for 5 pm entering pages of information. I show up at 4:45 and they are closed. Why allow appointments to be set if nobody is going to be there? These signs on the door are not helpful at all!

Always a consistent experience. The process for saving a spot online and checking in is efficient and saves time. The staff is extremely professional and kind, and the care providers are knowledgeable, thorough and listen to their patients.

The entire staff was quick and courteous. Because I was in pain, this was a pleasant surprise. I have visited many different urgent cares over the years and this was the best one. In addition, when I saw the medical professional, she was spot on with all her advice and prescription. This was especially important to me. From now on, this will be my family's urgent care facility and the one I will recommend to everyone one.
