Mike Jacobs is very untrustworthy person. I would not recommend Advantage Services but advise to stay away at all cost! I hired Mike to change out some dock floats for me and he used 2 different size dock floats to cut cost and now dock is completely uneven and now I am out $8,000. Do yourself a favor and stay away!!

This company overlooked so many items .Lots of rot and water Damge .There were multiple other items .The sprinkler system wasn’t even inspected at all and I had to call him back out .

If you have toys this is a secure place to store them. If you have a dock that's broke these are the guys to fix it right!
