Disrespectful, unknowledgeable and rude customer service reps. I can tell that they don't know what they're doing by the way they express themselves. Something the tech that installed my system warned me about. I thought he was joking... I see now that he wasn't.

Do not get ADT Do not even ask questions about it Do not give them your bank information I have been dealing with this for a well over Three and a half months they keep taking money out of my account They keep telling me they're going to call me back and resolve this It's been over Like I said three and a half months and they're still taking money out of my account And not giving me any service I am telling you They are going to rip you off. ADT you want me to take this down quit stealing money out of my account you're supposed to be helping people Why are you taking money from a single dad raising two kids And I do not have security service with you?

Don't waste your money! The criminals have figured out how to jam WiFi signals rendering the entire system useless. Go for a home installed PoE camera instead. You'll thank me when your not locked into a useless contract.Also they will tell you, you can transfer your service if you move... Not true. You have to buy a new panel.

DO NOT USE ADT, WE WENT WITH THEM BECAUSE OF NAME RECOGNITION. BAD IDEA HAD TO BUY OUR OWN EQUIPMENT PAY INSTALL THEN WHEN WE WANTED TO LEAVE BECAUSE OF BAD SERVICE WE WERE STUCK IN A 3 YEAR CONTRACT AND COST 1400 TO CANCEL... AVOID AITH ALL COST!!!

Moved due to military orders they would not cancel my service nor transfer. Multiple phone calls and I just get transferred then the call will drop. Been happening for the past three weeks since I moved locations.

Ooh boy this company about to catch a big class action suit. How are you gonna tell people buying a new home they are on the hook for 1 yr then in fine print lock em in for 3 years and increase the price each year? Hell no.

I used ADT for several years, and I was satisfied with their service. I've gotten to a point where I want to set up my own system, and I have tried to cancel the service several times. I un-enrolled from their automatic payments and removed my credit card information from their website. (Now when I go to manage my account I do not have the option of removing my credit card information.) They still charged my card in the last billing cycle.I did try to get an account representative on the line several times, I was always transferred to another department after the first person answered. Then I would wait, and wait, and wait....I was finally able to talk to an account representative to cancel the service. When I told him I wanted to cancel because of cost, he said we could negotiate a better price. If you don't pay attention to the emails and bills, they incrementally increase the charges every year. You can get that price dropped back down if you call and haggle over it. If that is something you enjoy, then I guess it is ok. That is nuts to me. They are hoping nobody notices the increases. From that standpoint, they do not take care of their customers. They will nickel and dime you as much as you let them. I was fooled for many years... don't be like me.

Do not use ADT. They dont'let you cancel a contract or service unless you send a letter with an addresssthat is hard to get from their customer service number if they answer the phone. I had to get it sent registered, requiring a signature. If you tell them you want to cancel a service after the contract has expired, they offer you an unbelievable rate but it never is charged to the amount that is promised. They up the price of the service agreement. You have to talk to an account manager to cancel a service but they never answer the phone. I am going to pursue whatever I can to make them as miserable as they have made me.

Zero stars. Debbie agreed to charge me $832 to cancel and charged me $1800. No one answers the phone, you can’t reach a local branch. Awful service.

Sam did a great job and we are very happy so far with our new ADT system. The only thing I would like is to get a user's manual for the ADT arming panel. Can I download it online or could you mail me one? Very Happy With ADT..

I was ver please with ADT when I called and spoke to someone about having a Security System installed . Set up appointment and installer came out when it was convenient for me. When installer came out he was very respectful, professional and explained everything to me. Even every person I talked to on the phone anytime I called and had questions I always talked to very helpful and polite people.

Yes,the technician's were on time and spent a long time looking at my home and explaining the best possible solution to what I thought was my problem, but it was unfortunate that I could not afford the plan that he originally suggested. So the next plan that that he went over with me is definitely sufficient for us and I feel safe, it is definitely worth it to me! I can go out and not worry about my home and most of all going to bed at night, I dont have to be afraid any more because I am home alone most of the time, so when I go to bed I have the little key pad on my night stand so I can hit the panic button if there is a problem! The only thing that I may purchase is a camera for outside, there is so much going on in my town, they break into cars also, I dont have an alarm on my car, which is not my problem I just want my property to light up and catch anyone trespassing because there is a lot of that going on! But I am very happy with my purchase! Thank you for my safety!
