  Disrespectful, unknowledgeable and rude customer service reps. I can tell that they don't know what they're doing by the way they express themselves. Something the tech that installed my system warned me about. I thought he was joking... I see now that he wasn't.

  Don't waste your money! The criminals have figured out how to jam WiFi signals rendering the entire system useless. Go for a home installed PoE camera instead. You'll thank me when your not locked into a useless contract.Also they will tell you, you can transfer your service if you move... Not true. You have to buy a new... read full comment

  DO NOT USE ADT, WE WENT WITH THEM BECAUSE OF NAME RECOGNITION. BAD IDEA HAD TO BUY OUR OWN EQUIPMENT PAY INSTALL THEN WHEN WE WANTED TO LEAVE BECAUSE OF BAD SERVICE WE WERE STUCK IN A 3 YEAR CONTRACT AND COST 1400 TO CANCEL... AVOID AITH ALL COST!!!
