I would like to thank Michael Padgett for the effort he put into helping me get the part I needed for my pressure washer. I went to two other places and nobody could look the part up for one reason or another. It took a little time but Michael solved the problem. Awesome customer service!

They are very helpful at this ACE Hardware location. Answered all my questions, find hard to find parts for power equipment repairs, and handled any warranty issues beyond my expectations.

Purchased a leaf blower and trimmer online to pick up at this location. When I went to pick up the order they told me my order was canceled. Instead of trying to resolve the issue they told me I would need to call and have this resolved. When I called the 800 number they told me the order was not canceled. If your going to have Ace hardware on your sign it should not matter if it was an online order or not. The customer should come first but Very poor customer service. Would not recommend this location.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff, even the younger staff. They’re not always the cheapest place around, but you can get what you want easily and if you have a question there is staff nearby. Time is money. I got everything I needed in under two minutes. I would have still been walking from my car to the entrance at a big box store!
