There is not a better gym with better personal training in the upstate. I have been going to some sort of gym on and off for 20 years. I have had some good experiences and decent results but I have never had personal training where they genuinely care about your results like Robert, Mike, and Ali do. Mike and Ali, the owners, are there every single time I walk in and are always open to questions, advice, or just conversation. Roberts training is perfect for anyone. He goes into great detail as to what you're doing, why your doing it, and what to expect. The research he does on each workout type is bar none. On top of all of that, they provide you with a nutritional app where they plan every single meal you put in your body from breakfast to lunch to dinner and even snacks in between. I couldn't ask for a better group of people to make myself better with.

The entire team was awesome. I found myself being challenged and overcoming every obstacle that was assigned to me even when I didn't believe I could do it. The camaraderie is phenomenal and the motivation from your personal trainers and other members WILL get you through to the point it feels like home. My review really does no justice you will literally have to experience it for yourself at least try out a free day workout and trust me you'll be back.

Best private gym in the upstate! Fantastic owners! Very welcoming environment. I love Ali and Michael and the gym community! If you’re looking for a fitness program where you will be held accountable while knowing that your trainer has your best interests in mind, this place is it! I’ve never felt better physically and mentally and it all started right here.

So sad to be moving but I went here for almost a year and it was addictive! Made me look forward to working out. They definitely push you to your limit but not past it. They know how much you can handle. Also what you get for the price is a great deal.

I went many gym and tried many PTs in the past 5 years, so far nothing impressive me, my friend introduced me to try this place out, honest I really like it!! no sales no dramas, it’s unlimited personal training sessions, one-on-one personal training, professional and motivation, you will at least burning 800-1000 calories in one hour, provide free meal plan, easy download the app can track and stay healthy, I lost 5lbs in a week! attached my training videos for your reference.

I have absolutely enjoyed 4Balance Fitness personal training gym! From the moment I walked in, I knew I had found the perfect place to achieve my fitness goals. I have been working with Ali, she is wonderful and has been able to work around my shoulder and wrist problems. All the trainers are terrific. The atmosphere is incredibly welcoming and motivating, thanks to the friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Being a new mom, 4Balance Fitness is what I’ve been looking for in a gym! During my 8 weeks, I’ve experienced great flexibility in scheduling workouts, being able to have a very knowledgeable trainer EVERY time I workout, and staying within my budget while getting results!I’ve lost a pound a week, I feel stronger and I’m able to track my results on a weekly basis.Alec, and Marcos have been great to work with and I’ve enjoyed meeting others on their health journey!

Out of the many gyms I have worked out at, 4Balance Fitness has far been my favorite! I started with their 8 week program where they helped me achieve my goals physically by setting up meal plans and teaching me more about weightlifting. All of the trainers at this gym are very kind but also push you hard which was something I really like. They care about you and want to see you strive. I definitely recommend anyone who decides to join and it is definitely worth it! I look forward continuing at this gym and seeing my body transform with having strength and confidence!

4Balance has been life changing! The trainers give you the tools you need to make better choices and are beyond supportive. They understand that weight loss is not a sprint, it’s a marathon. I had zero gym experience. I was intimidated and skeptical about personal training, but the coaches at 4balance changed my perception. Everyone has been welcoming, personable, professional as well as knowledgeable. If you’re willing to put in the time and work, they will make sure you see results.

This place is awesome! This is a family atmosphere where everyone knows everyone. The owners are highly educated in sports specific training and nutrition. My son has improved in his sport of hockey thanks to the team at 4BalanceFitness!

Joined 4Balance about 2 months ago and it's the best decision I could've made. Micheal and the entire staff are great! They help you with meal plans and create workouts specifically to your goals . I have lost 18 pounds while also gaining muscle .

Michael and his team are nothing short of amazing. From the first moment you step in the place and every step of your journey, they are there to guide and motivate you to reach your fitness goals. The initial consolation is more like the beginning of a relationship than a person trying to sell you on personal fitness. Michael listened as I told him my goals and what I hoped to accomplish. He then designed a plan to help me with those goals. Motivation, encouragement, and education in a results driven environment is what you can expect. There is no better place to exceed your fitness goals.
