Thank you Matt for your clear communication, reliability and honored promises. Mike was an excellent delivery driver who went the extra mile for a smooth container drop. I can highly recommend this Pack Rat location in Greer, SC.

The worst moving service I have ever used and I’ve moved 32 times in my life. Many of those moves cross country. I wouldn’t wish this company on my worst enemy. Pay the extra money for the competition. Trust me it will be worth it. I have $15,000 dollars worth of items fall out of the truck due to their pick up guy not checking the doors before loading. I put in the insurance claim (mind you I paid for the extra insurance because I know I had pricey items) and they denied it because apparently it’s not their fault. I had to meet this man on the side of a freeway with the key to properly secure the door that would have took 5 min to check before loading the pod. Their driver apologized and let me know I could file a claim because he didn’t know how long the doors were open or if anything fell out and didn’t let me check since we were on the side of the freeway. Upon drop off of the pod instantly I know things were missing and broken. My claim was denied because they said my items weren’t packed properly and they claimed the driver didn’t see anything fall out. Also the proof I sent them of the items (which followed their guidelines) was not enough. They said there was no proof it was ever on the truck. After months of waiting for this to resolve they simply said they couldn’t take responsibility. Boy aren’t those words as true as can be. Go with a company that CAN and WILL take responsibility for their actions and will look out for their customers. This made an already hard move a nightmare. Still considering taking them to court.

We had to move our nonprofit of 11 years in less than 9 months. Thankfully with Pack Rat they took one less stressor off of me! Communication, and customer service was amazing and they were so helpful with each step of the process!! I can’t recommend them enough!

I use them frequently for jobsite storage. Very convenient, very organized, and very pleasant service. Always happy with them, I don’t even price shop anymore because I know the quality I’m getting from them.

If you’re moving to the area you will not be disappointed with the customer service from the whole Crew with Packrat & Zippy pods. They are all very professional friendly helpful and knowledgeable. When they say that they will call they do. If I could give them a 100 stars I definitely would. So if you’re moving to the upstate definitely use them you won’t be disappointed.

I will never do business with 1-800-packrat again. I was just billed $117 for them to pick up their container when I was finished with it. I understand paying for them to bring it to me, paying for them to transport it from one home to the other, and paying a monthly payment for my usage, but when I'm finished with it I have to pay you $117 to come reclaim your property? This is poor business practice, and when I called customer service, the person who attempted to help me kept cutting me off when I would try to explain my side, and when I asked to speak to a supervisor or manager, I was told I'll receive a call in 24 to 48 business hours? I guess they hope you'll forget about your issue in that 24 to 48 hours. When you first sign up with them, they make it sound like they are the cheapest, but they have nickel and dimed me until I should've used PODS. I'm really surprised that I didn't get charged for calling and speaking to someone. Beware of this company.

The set up and move are not the problem a stable agreed to price is and will be the problem.
Months after the move they are trying to collect an amount for a frivolous charge that was not agreed to.
And then if you have problems after your container arrives don't count on answered calls or help from packrat.
My door didn't work correctly after it was dropped off.
Couldn't get this bunch to answer a call. Was there drivers fault.
